Unbelievable service I just purchased an Accord with Airdrie Honda and the whole experience was unbelievably easy and I felt like a valued customer and a family member to I just purchased an Accord with Airdrie Honda and the whole experience was unbelievably easy and I felt like a valued customer and a family member to these employees before I even walked in the door. I've worked in hospitality myself since high school and am blown away. The salesman, Bernie, caught me and my girlfriend before we even walked in and showed us around and found the car we had seen online. Within minutes I was behind test driving the accord which I now possess the keys to. We had conversations about other options I was looking at from other dealerships and I did not feel any pressure from Bernie to buy his product which has been my experience at every other dealer. Extremely knowledgeable about not only the cars he sold but the other models I was looking at from Subaru and Nissan and he pointed out pros and cons of each one including the Honda. With my past experience with Hondas it was an easy choice in the end. The General manager himself came out and shook my hand before expressing any serious interest in the car and was present every step of the way from there on. The mechanic after I had payed for the car offered to install a free car starter for me as well as he was putting the plate on. Bernie later showed up at my workplace with a thank you card for me and my girlfriend as he was not working when I picked up the vehicle. These guys are the best, worth the drive out the Airdrie hands down. Don't go anywhere else if you're looking at Hondas. More
bad experience I got a letter in the mail last week regarding a recall for a part in my vehicle. I contacted Honda airdrie since they are the closest location. I inquired about the part and they confirmed it was in stock. From there I took a day off to bring my vehicle in. I was not pleased with dealership from the moment I pulled up to the service door. I waited a couple minutes in front of the door and nothing happened. I figured I'd I have to go inside. Got out of my vehicle and then the door opens. Got back into my vehicle, and pulled forward with no one to greet me, unsure of where to go. There was a vehicle in front of me so I pulled up behind it and still no one to speak to. So I again got out of my vehicle, no one still to greet me I walked up to the nearest desk. As I was walking towards it, the vehicle in front of me moved. Finally someone approached me and said they'd take my keys and move it forward. Nothing like 'do you have an appointment' or anything. Took my keys and pulled it forward. From there she came back to her desk and inquired why I was there. I told her I had an appointment at 10 am and she confirmed my appointment. Since I was coming in for the recall I mentioned to them as well to do our wheel alignment. I know we've had issues with our vehicle, but I came for two specific things. From there they ordered me a shuttle, the driver was pleasant, very kind and drove me straight home. They initially told me the job would be about 3 hours. So I figured by 1 everything would be done. I got a call at 3pm advising me they did not do the wheel alignment and they were going to charge me for an inspection instead. After wasting a whole day, I get a phone call informing me, one they didn't do what I asked of them, two they decided to check my vehicle (which I am grateful for) but end up charging me for something they did not even confirm with me before doing. I'd understand if I initially was informed you will get charged for an inspection before doing your wheel alignment, but no i did not get any call to advise me this information. I got picked up from the shuttle again a great pleasant experience and from there waited at the service desk to speak with someone. They had a bit of line up which is understandable, when i got to my turn they told me they again did not do the wheel alignment as there were pressing concerns with my vehicle. I understand that there was other concerns however i came in thinking i was paying for my wheel alignment and getting a recall done. I come out 6 hours later with a service check on my vehicle. Wasting a day off from work and not being told any of this information until when I'm going to pay for the service that i did not confirm i would pay for. I inquired about the recall and find out they did not even do it. They said they didn't have the part. After again calling last week inquiring that they had the part ins stock. I took a day off to get this done and still not taken care of. Its very upsetting of the poor service that i was given. Its like they just expected me to pay for it even though they did not confirm with me. I would not go back to this location when it comes to service felt like they just want my money. More

Positive experience I've dealt with many dealerships and sales people over the years and I've always walked away feeling like they were a necessary evil that was just par I've dealt with many dealerships and sales people over the years and I've always walked away feeling like they were a necessary evil that was just part of the process in buying a car. Airdrie Honda proved that it doesn't have to be that way. I was incredibly happy with Shaddy, our sales representative. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and didn't pressure us at all. I've never had a salesperson like him before and I wish all sales people were like him! The rest of the staff we dealt with were great as well. More

The team was pleasant to deal with, not pushy, and we came away pleased with our new vehicle, trade-in value, the price AND the fact that they were able to get us the vehicle on a tight time line! Rohan Chauhan helped my wife and I learn all about the new Pilot, and helped determine if it was truly right for us. We also looked at an Odyssey, and he made a point of helping us understand the differences in both the vehicles and pricing options. He was very personable, easy to talk to, answered questions clearly and honestly, and never tried to steer the discussions one way or another with the intent of making us buy. It was a pretty laid back process, and we didn't feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable the whole time. We also went through and appraisal process with a trade-in and both Rohan and Wayne Luong were honest and upfront about what they could offer, gave a good explanation of how they assessed our vehicle, and based on a second opinion we got we were able to verify that they were reasonable with their offer (which we did accept). Working through the final sale discussions didn't make me sweat, and the guys were honest with how we could find an outcome that was fair to everyone. Then they went the extra mile to ensure that my wife and I could get the Pilot that we were looking for, amidst very limited availability, in time for our upcoming vacation. Great effort on their part! The final steps of going through Honda Finance were absolutely refreshing, dealing with Alif. He made sure that the finance deal worked out with my best interests in mind. Overall, we had a really pleasant experience and looking forward to using Airdrie Honda's service department (they even offer loaner vehicles!) and receiving the same level of customer service. More
