So after a Saturday morning surfing, I phoned Mike Fry who quickly confirmed it was fresh off the truck, hadn't been PDI'd, and he couldn't even tell me the KMS as the fuses hadn't been put in. That's as close to truly new as you can get! I nervously commited over the phone/online and traveled 2hrs to get it a few days later. Quick, painless and everybody was polite and did their job perfectly. After a previously horrible 10hr experience buying a Subaru in Grande Prairie 6 years ago, this was the exact opposite. We purchased our Honda Pilot at Airdrie Honda. We arrived on a cold, blustery winter day and the vehicle was brought into the service bay so we could have a good look at it.
