It was fitting to visit the local Honda dealership to see what they can offer since I am confident about the Honda brand and I just sold my beloved 1997 Civic coupe the previous week. I was perusing their outdoor display when I met Marty Lawrence. Marty is a sales consultant at Airdrie Honda and is friendly, gregarious and personable. His approach to building personal relationships was evident with his quick responsiveness to all my questions and concerns. Based on Marty's approach, information and incentives offered to me, I was comfortable to work with Marty to purchase a brand new Civic sedan. When it came time to sort out the last minute details on the bill of sale, Marty was the glue that kept the deal alive. The new car has been delivered back in early July and I still get calls from Marty checking in on me to see if my overall experience with the car and everyone involved in my car purchase was pleasant. From the time I walked in the door I felt like I was a potentaly valued client. I was treated well and with respect, even before I commited to purchasing anything. Shaddy did a very good job of finding the SUV my wife wanted for me. Wayne agreed to the paperwork in a fast fashion. Chrystal, in her bubbly manner,did a swell job of handling the final paper work. Finally we found another used civic online at Airdrie Honda and made arrangements to meet with Mike Fry. However it was not quite what we were after and my wife soon took a shine to the 2015 Honda Fit. After Mike explained all the particulars on it, we spoke with the Manager, Wayne Luong and he suggested we take it for a test run which we did the following weekend. Eventually we spoke with Crystal in financing and she took us through some numbers and warranty options and she made the deal smooth and understandable. There was no pressure from anyone to make a sale and even though the showroom was always packed, they took time for us and we never felt rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. ' Even the technician that helped us go through the vehicle when we picked it up was calm and steady although there was a batch of vehicles waiting to be picked up right after us.
