Definitely got robbed at this dealership. The finance manager, Heeral Shah, charged me for extended warranty (1025+tax), an appearance protection package (1496+tax), and floor liners (300+tax) that I was manager, Heeral Shah, charged me for extended warranty (1025+tax), an appearance protection package (1496+tax), and floor liners (300+tax) that I was told they would throw in for free. I was told to come sign for the car on Oct 31 and when I did, they told me the car would be ready for pick up on Nov 2nd and that's when I would be able to take the paperwork with me as well. Definitely my fault for trusting this dealership and not thoroughly looking through the paperwork before signing. When I reached out to them about it, Heeral claimed that he told me I'd be paying for all this even though he didn't. They told me the appearance protection package is non refundable. He told me that I could cancel the extended warranty but I would not be refunded for it and the refund amount would go back to the leasing company even though I paid for it. Heeral sent me a "cancellation form" that is not a cancellation form, it's simply a letter that states that I would like to give Agincourt Mazda the funds of reimbursement from Mazda Canada (see photo). I guess they thought my reading skills weren't good enough to understand the wording of the letter. When I pointed this out, they told me it is standard procedure, which it isn't. I've refunded extended warranty before with Gyro Mazda, and they just wrote me a cheque. He also tried to argue that he gave me extra for my old car, when he gave me the exact same amount that all other dealerships were offering. Heeral also tried to argue that he gave me $1000 off the new car which I was always expecting to get as it was simply the $500 leasing bonus and $500 mazda graduate program discount. So basically they told me after signing the papers, nothing can be done. I've also tried emailing the general manager, Paul, but no luck. My first two mazda's were from Gyro Mazda, and both were pleasant experiences. Agincourt was close to home, but turns out I really should've stuck to Gyro Mazda, as they have never tried to rob me. Can't bring any of my vehicles here anymore for regular maintenance anymore. More

I took my M I am writing this because I am a driver by profession and have an adequate amount of knowledge and information when it comes to vehicles. I took my Mazda CX5 which is two years old and has 40,000 km to Agincourt Mazda for an oil and filter change. I take it to a dealership for service to maintain the warranty. It was my first visit to this dealership. They took advantage of the mileage to offer a scheduled annual maintenance even though I refused it at first. What I learnt is this: At Agincourt Mazda, they call visual inspection of the essentials, like washer, coolant, steering and brake fluids and disc brake inspection plus an oil and filter change, scheduled annual maintenance and charge you 264.95, 205.22 of which is labor, plus tax 306.35. Something that could have lasted maximum 1 hour, lasted 2 hours for the price of the labor. I got two cars. My own mechanic does not charge a cent for labor for the above service! Only the price of oil and filter. Agincourt Mazda, if you don't know what annual scheduled maintenance is, please refer to Owner's Manual, section 6-9 to learn more. They also gave me an estimate of 769.30 for my next oil change. I certainly won't recommend this dealership for service to any friends, acquaintances or anybody else. Please be careful if you go to this place. I found it dishonest to do this to people at this time of Covid 19 when people count on a cent for other essentials! More
poor customer service and not honest!! I purchased a used 2015 mazda 3 sport from Agincourt Mazda. Tony my salesperson was nice. After taking the car on the highway for the first time, I I purchased a used 2015 mazda 3 sport from Agincourt Mazda. Tony my salesperson was nice. After taking the car on the highway for the first time, I noticed the car vibrating and pulling to the left. I wasn’t allowed on the highway during my test drive. My fault though, I should of insisted on it. No problem I thought because the car is under warranty so I brought it in to Agincourt Mazda customer service and that’s when I met Kevin Yuan. Kevin fixed the alignment and said the wheel balance was perfect! Drove the car home that day and the exact same two problems persisted. Called Kevin and brought the car in again for the same two problems. This time he didn't do anything and said the alignment and wheel balance was fine. Drove the car back home that day again and same 2 problems again. I decided to take matters a bit into my own hands because personally Kevin barely explains things to you and doesn't look you in the eye and overall gives you the impression he's lying to you. And why not lie really? The dealership had made their money with me when I paid them for the car. Why would they care about standing behind their product and sell me a car that doesn't have problems and instead make them my problems? I was just being treated as an extra expense for them at this point and no where near as a valued customer. I decided to take matters into my own hands because I was convinced I needed a wheel balance. So I bring the car into my local Midas and they tell me my balance was off and drive the car home and the vibration problem is gone, one problem solved out of my own pocket. Kevin in service lied and sent me home twice with this same problem. At this point I try to have my alignment pulling to the left problem adressed at agincourt mazda and I also try to get Hassam Ullah the pre-owned manager involved. Kevin and Hassam say they will discuss what to do and bring me in to fix my car. I receive absolutely dead air from them for 1 whole week, no communication what so ever back to me. Once again I take matters in to my own hands and explain the problem to my midas mechanic again and he advises me that when you have an un adressed alignment issue over time and the car pulls to the left that the tires wear in the same pattern. The possible solution after the alignment fix would be to switch over the two directional tires (left front to right front). I bought the car like this from agincourt mazda and felt it was very unsafe putting my kids in my car with it pulling sharply to the left on the highway. With no answer from agincourt mazda, I once again took matters into my own hands to fix the car. I decided to switch over the two tires myself over the weekend and problem solved again! Thanks so much to Midas woodbridge! I recieved no help what so ever from agincourt mazda but solved the 2 problems on my own. I'm writing this so everyone knows how Agincourt mazda treats their customers after your purchase of a vehicle from them. Especially Kevin in service and Hassam the pre-owned manager. I even tried to email Paul Chun the general manager and recieved no response from him either. Agincourt Mazda does not stand behind what they sell you. They don't even stand with you or close to you. They want nothing to do with you in terms of honoring the warranty they sell the car to you with. You are just considered as an expense to them and a waste of their time. I thought my issues compromised my safety and they expressed no compassion what so ever. Good luck guys but I will never be dumb enough again to buy another car from them. Please don't do the same as me and go down the same bad road I did with Agincourt Mazda. They are not honest people. Thanks Giancarlo. More

A check engine light does not go a way after you fill gas!!! We kept the car there for them to really fix it. After 5 months....yes from September to January they had our car and it still wasn't repaired. Finally after reaching out Dilawari who owns them. They offered us our money back. I had called in with a question, and he offered to meet with me when I came to the dealership. He was sharp, informative, and a no-pressure salesman. He explained everything clearly and I was happy with the whole experience. Even the negotiation part with the sales manager, which are usually challenging, wasn't too bad! I left with a fair deal I was quite happy with. I'd recommend this place. My cousin told me about it, and now I'll be telling my friends too. If you want a great experience, ask for Saad, you won't be dissapointed. More
