The worst customer experience !! Front desk staffs were very rude and unfriendly. I took my Mazda 3 for a regular service and left with a note on manufacture's record (an attempt to void my warranty) for r very rude and unfriendly. After the incident I found out that this happened to others as well. I regret not doing my homework on them prior to my visit. More

Extra charge the inspection fee even they promise not to charge it. They lied about the charge after you asked them why they extra charge the inspection fee as they mentioned they will not charge it if you do services there. They started to lie about it, asked "did you record what we said". The acted like gangsters, and didn't care about customer. All they want is pull the money out of your pocket, once it out , you will never get it back. If you want to get the worst service you could ever imagine , go there. you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
