I purchased a used SUV (2020 Mazda CX-5) through Anthony at Agincourt Mazda. Anthony was true to his word in getting things done on time and with his communications. This dealership sold me a certified pre-owned that was riddled with issue that I eventually returned it to them after after 33 days of owning it. I drove the car for about 20 days total coz it spent the m riddled with issue that I eventually returned it to them after after 33 days of owning it. I drove the car for about 20 days total coz it spent the more at their shop . I lost 8K of total monet from that deal. Stay away from this dealership to avoid financial ruin and stress. Sleazy and unscrupulous manager!!! More

Be extremely careful, read every word on your contract before you sign! I found $3000.00 extra charge on my contract which I did not agreed with. Fortunately, I found it before signature and dealer remove before you sign! I found $3000.00 extra charge on my contract which I did not agreed with. Fortunately, I found it before signature and dealer removed it. And, do your own math calculation, I already paid $1000.00 deposit but dealer never deduct the amount into final sale price. Stay Away from financial manager Muhmmad Asi. he will rip you off if you are not careful like I said above. He is the worst I ever seen. I put one star mainly for him. Again, Be Very careful before sign anything! More

It is not specifically about dealership even the employees are not good. When i say believe the reviews. Believe it, it is real. They put on extra charges on the car even we said no and we thought i employees are not good. When i say believe the reviews. Believe it, it is real. Even though they removed some of the charges but we still end up paying 2000 dollar on top. When we picked up the car we found windshield chip and rusty rotors. But the problem is they did not even mention to us. We called them they said it is already there and some other xxxxxxxx. such, a fake people. If you still somehow end up to this dealer please stay away from Nomaan Bozai as your sale person and muhammad asi as finance manager. They are terrible at their job in sense of serving customer and lie to your face. But they are good at making money by ripping off customer. They will not return your calls or text and email after they done the deal. Man, these guy need to be fired. As, my advise please stay away from this dealership all together. I wish i would have checked the reviews before going there. I usually do not write reviews but they force me to because i do not want anybody else to be their victims. More

Absolutely disgusted with the service booked appointment to view a vehicle they assured me it was available. Drove one hour and 40 minutes to view greeted at the door told that car is sold but one is avail to view a vehicle they assured me it was available. I bought a used car from here and ever since signing, my experience with them has been getting worse and worse. I was told that I would be able to pick up the car in 2 days and when it was the day for picku experience with them has been getting worse and worse. I was told that I would be able to pick up the car in 2 days and when it was the day for pickup, there was no communication. I contacted them multiple times and got no reply until I wrote an aggressive email to them. Once I got the car keys, I was promised that they would mail me the key and it would arrive within a week. Fast forward a month and I still hadn't received the key. A month later I called on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday asking for any updates on the spare key. After calling 4 times, the person who sold me the car finally talked to me and said that a spare key never came with the car and he never said that there was a spare key. I was appalled that he would lie to me after not calling me back for multiple days. Just admit the mistake or make it up. Horrible experience overall, they only want your money and once they got it, they won't help at all. They also use clear sales tactics such as flattery so don't fall for those. I also don't understand why they need to take your credit card when you make an offer. More

Scammers .. Tried to scam my younger brother ! Please be aware when you purchase your car there. Lack of ownership ! When I exposed their scam then the blame game started between the sales guy and finance m aware when you purchase your car there. Lack of ownership !
