purchase of new car I an not very happy with the experience. All the time during the negotiation I was talking to the sales person I was talkling about the differnt model I an not very happy with the experience. All the time during the negotiation I was talking to the sales person I was talkling about the differnt model(Mazdaa CX 5 GT), but after the deal was finalised I realised that she has put another model on thecontract paper. I did not read the contrect in detail and signed the contract. It was too late when I realised that I am going to get a lower model than I was looking for MAZDA CX 5 GS). I am very dissappoined. I very clearly told the sales person during the test drive that even I am test driving the GS model, I am going to buy GT, But I don"t know when she put GS instead of GT. More

Some technology was a good surprise and some made me think why Mazda didn't have this feature. Overall, I love the car but it would've been better if I had a technology "run through" before purchasing. The salesperson was nice and finance manager was nice too. But it was obvious that the finance manager wasn't happy when we didn't buy the warranty and it clearly showed on her face. But it is "sales environment," so I understand. No hard feelings. Throughout the WHOLE sales process. We did not ONCE get a chance to talk to the sales manager. Not once did the sales manager come and congratulate us and they never bothered introducing themselves even after picking up the car. And throughout the process, we see the sales manager trotting around so it's not like he wasn't there at the dealership. I guess he just never bothered. OH WELL! Salesperson was nice though and treated myself and my family with respect. So I like that a lot. And he did what he had to do to make the sale. More

It was pleasant and friendly I came in to just see cars, since I had owned a Mazda for about 10 years in the 90s, and I was approached by Noel. He was friendly, polite and NOT aggressive or pushy salesperson, so as a woman I felt comfortable and most importantly trusted him. I was at the Hyundai dealer the night before, the salesperson just gave me a price and his business card. He did not show any interest to sell me a ca. H just gave me a business card. He called me the next day but did not even leave me a message, so I decided to go to Mazda. The reason I was planning to lease a \hyundai because of the 24 months lease. My only disappointment with the car, is the seat. I find the seat uncomfortable. I think they are made for tall people and not short people like me. I was told it is good on gas, I will have to wait and see. I have used half tank of gas for ONLY 250km???. More
