purchase of new car I an not very happy with the experience. All the time during the negotiation I was talking to the sales person I was talkling about the differnt model I an not very happy with the experience. All the time during the negotiation I was talking to the sales person I was talkling about the differnt model(Mazdaa CX 5 GT), but after the deal was finalised I realised that she has put another model on thecontract paper. I did not read the contrect in detail and signed the contract. It was too late when I realised that I am going to get a lower model than I was looking for MAZDA CX 5 GS). I am very dissappoined. I very clearly told the sales person during the test drive that even I am test driving the GS model, I am going to buy GT, But I don"t know when she put GS instead of GT. More

First time New Car buyer I gave it a 4 star rating because they didn't have my color of choice available. Though it's understandable because the 2017 models are soon to be rel I gave it a 4 star rating because they didn't have my color of choice available. Since they didn't have my color of choice, they offered me a compromise and even agreed to my whims. A good and friendly experience We were treated well and the transaction was friendly. My only complaint is that I discovered an exhaust leak after the car had been safety-checked. I live a long distance from the dealership and asked to have another closer Dilawri Group dealership look at the problem but was denied this convenience. Still trying to correct the issue. More
