She performed her very best to accommodate our needs and succeeded by selling us the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. Dealing with Vivian was a pleasure. At delivery time, our opinion of the dealership service was disappointing. This was the second vehicle that we purchased from this dealership. The first vehicle was clean both inside and out and was ready to be driven away with a full tank of gas and the wheel lock key and nuts nicely stored in a pouch in the glove compartment. The second vehicle was washed but there were water spots or some sort of residue on the front and rear passenger seats plus a layer of grime covering the entire dashboard. The wheel lock key and nuts were just stuffed into the nasty plastic packaging for the wheel locks. We had to drive poor Vivian to the gas station to get gas (she paid with the company card) after we installed the license plates ourselves. In summary, the sales experience with Vivian was excellent. The dealership itself has demonstrated that it is capable of excellent service but it is not consistent. More
