Don’t waste your time, find another Mazda dealership Worst dealership I ever dealt with. A few underlying issues when I purchased a new car: 1) if you look at your Bill of Sale there will be an Etchi Worst dealership I ever dealt with. A few underlying issues when I purchased a new car: 1) if you look at your Bill of Sale there will be an Etching Fee for $600. They will lie to you and tell you this is required but when you look further into it, it’s just an insurance that is not necessary. It’s useless. I tried to cancel it but the Finance Manager said I couldn’t. Went directly straight to the Company that sells the Insurance and they said I can cancel within 30 days of purchase. Took another 3 months to get my money back. A few months later I tried to follow up on it and was advised that they don’t owe me money because of a down payment I never paid. I have the receipt for the down payment. After arguing and showing them proof for everything, they finally gave me my money. 2) I bought the 3D cover protection. This is supposed to be installed before leaving the lot to prevent any scratches. 1 month later, still not installed. Tried to refund my purchase but all they can do is give me Dilawri points. 3) Oil change. I called the phone number in their website to schedule an appointment. Left my car overnight, dropped off my keys. Came back the next day, and it still wasn’t done. They said it wasn’t in the system. I had the persons information and confirmation that my oil change was scheduled that day. Tried to blame it on me by calling the “toll free number” instead of “direct phone number.” Both are advertised in their website, I’m supposed to distinguish between the two? 4) Time for 2nd oil change. Was advised by the Service Advisor that they no longer do just oil changes for $70 based on the model of my car. It has to come into a package for $100 where they do a full service. Called 401 Dixie Mazda (also a Dilawri group) and was advised that they still do $70 oil change. What is going on with this dealership? No one is holding accountability for their screw ups and in house miscommunication. When the first oil change issue occurred, every person I was passed on to blamed the other department. The Sales Person who sold me the car was all friendly when I drove off the lot but once I started encountering problems, he didn’t even acknowledge anything. Passed everything on to each other. Ridiculous. More

After the first time (2005) I vowed not to come back because of the poor experience I had at another dealership. This is my second Mazda purchase. After the first time (2005) I vowed not to come back because of the poor experience I had at another dealership. We decided to take a leap of faith and with Mo's guidance purchased a 2016 CX5. This experience was totally different and we are very pleased with our purchase thus far. Mo was honest and made sure to answer all our questions/concerns. We weren't pressured and feel like we made a well informed decision. Thanks Mo More

Sales rep Justin was perfect. Sales manager Jeff was rude. Justin Chen was very patient, very knowledgeable. I came back from another dealership and decided to buy the car from him. But his manager Jeff Wang Justin Chen was very patient, very knowledgeable. I came back from another dealership and decided to buy the car from him. But his manager Jeff Wang ruined the overall experience. He lost his temper when the agreed price was low. I almost wanted to walk away and went back to the previous dealership. Preparation of the car for delivery was late for one day. Justin said sorry and drove me home. The car was prepared professionally the next day. Overall experience was okay but not exceptional. More
