The vehicle looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. From sale to pick up was impressive. Paperwork was completed with no issues. Great experience and very impressed with how we were both treated. More
I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by the Financial Services Manager, Heeral Shah, and the New Vehicle Sales Manager, Tony Zhai, at Agincourt Mazda. Durin and professionalism displayed by the Financial Services Manager, Heeral Shah, and the New Vehicle Sales Manager, Tony Zhai, at Agincourt Mazda. During my recent visit, Heeral Shah only presented the expensive warranty options, which guided customer to think those were mandatory, failing to disclose other available options. Additionally, there was conflicting information regarding warranty coverage for car appearance protection. While dents and dings were covered according to the contract, Tony Zhai denied this. Despite referring me to the leasing manager (whose service is not bad) for clarification, Tony Zhai repeatedly made inappropriate comments about my identity and accent, which were completely irrelevant to our discussion. The worst dealer ever had in my life, sold a car with chipped glass, when reported they were trying to fix using my insurance. I should have received a 1% discount as Mazda policy since I have another Ma chipped glass, when reported they were trying to fix using my insurance. I should have received a 1% discount as Mazda policy since I have another Mazda car but they never honored it. their services are also horrible. my side mirror was not opening so I asked them to fix it they ended up breaking it. I will never recommend this dealer to any of my friends. Please stay away from this dealer they are scammers. i wish there was the option of a negative 5-star. More
I recently bought a used Nissan Rogue 2012 , car from this dealership, and my experience has been very disappointing. Before taking possession of the car, the dealership assured me that the car was in gr this dealership, and my experience has been very disappointing. Before taking possession of the car, the dealership assured me that the car was in great shape both mechanically as well as the body and I had test driven the car once at this point and had given partial payment at this point. The dealership then informed me that they will be doing a full check up on the car and will be fixing any issues that potentially is not noticeable and is internal. A few days later I received an email stating the car was ready for final pickup which is when I was asked to pay the full amount and sign all documents. They said the car is in perfect shape and that it is ready to take home. And so I decided to test-drive one last time with the salesperson before I would take it home, the car would shake insulated and that is when they decide to inform me that a part (differential) still needed to be fixed. Appalled, I refused to take the car home until the issues are resolved. At this point, I kept following up on the status of the repair and a timing on when I should be going and picking up the car. NO RESPONSE and I’m without a car. After 2 weeks I receive an email confirming the date and I respond back confirming my time for pick up and the sales person completely didn’t acknowledge me and was dealing with other customers. Frustrated, I spoke with the manager who was even more condescending and told me that I should be grateful for the repair. I took home the car and lo and behold, after a few drives the problems were in-fact not fixed and the strange noises and shaking when accelerating was still present. Took the car back again into the dealership, they addressed the noise concerns however brushed off the shaking, attributing it to the car’s age. Seeking a second opinion from a nearby mechanic, I discovered that the front brakes are low 25% and axle required replacement due to wear and tear. This was concerning, given that I had only driven the car a handful of time in the three months since the purchase. Furthermore, the dealership had advertised the car as fully functional without any issues, not as an ‘as is’ sale. They failed to disclose that the front passenger seat couldn’t be adjusted and to sell a car with front axles completely worn off, looks like this dealership would go to any extent to save money and sell cars that are not good. I also got the impression that some of these behaviours were particularly shown also due to my gender. I’m sure if they were dealing with a male, they wouldn’t be able to blame legitimate issues on my “unawareness”, which was a very common theme throughout all of my correspondences here, even with the manager. This entire experience has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. Absolutely unhappy and I caution potential buyers to be vigilant when dealing with this dealership. More
I have had the worst experience leasing a car from this dealership. I have been repeatedly lied to (about the options I was receiving), cheated (I signed a deal and then they tried to raise my payments by dealership. I have been repeatedly lied to (about the options I was receiving), cheated (I signed a deal and then they tried to raise my payments by 200 dollars), yelled at and threatened by a service employee (he yelled it was my fault for brining the car in for service because I didn't consult the owners manual then threatened to charge me for the loaner car), and ignored when I call about items that I've ordered that they owe me. I can't even believe they're in business. More
Poor representation with customers, agents are arrogant and rude. I was not able to do the test drive because the car I was interested in had the battery removed, so silly and rude. I was not able to do the test drive because the car I was interested in had the battery removed, so silly More
Hi everyone i like to share my 7-8 visits for tyre swap and pucher repair experience. I went to mazda for this small job and left with scratches on rims and next day car started shaking went back for inspe and pucher repair experience. I went to mazda for this small job and left with scratches on rims and next day car started shaking went back for inspection and they told me my rotor are gone car wasn't driven for 45k so under warranties and all they changed the rotors and made scratches on the body then i left the car for 2 day to do the paint on that area. I am glad that they painted, and buffed the scratched body and rims but still the rims have scratches and those multiples visits and experience with the staff those conversations loss of my time. I dont feel it worth paying that money to tyre swap it could be cheaper outside and the whole experience was not so proffesional. More
