Best dealership experience so far Buying a truck from the this dealership has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. I have had experience Buying a truck from the this dealership has been one of the most positive experiences I have ever had when buying a new vehicle. I have had experiences at other dealerships where once I signed on the dotted line it felt like I was an afterthought. I have not once felt that kind of experience with this dealership. Did not feel pressured into anything and I have to say that the staff were friendly and great to work with and Jordan continues to be helpful with my questions even after I took possession of my truck. And I am very happy with my F150! More

I called him to set up a time to come in and see him and he was very accommodating of my busy schedule. When I arrived he had the escape I had mentioned i was interested in parked up front and running for me! This was an A plus in my books! He showed me the vehicle and we went for a test drive! I was sold from the time I walked in the door and met him! I have bought several vehicles and this was by far the best experience i have had! I will be referring all my family and friends to Rob! Unbelievable We understand and will begin saying, humans are just humans and service can be a hard job. However. HOWEVER - We walked in Thursday, we knew we wanted the pre owned Focus advertised online at $17,995.00. We drove it. Loved it. Things are good. We get shown to a finance managers office. He's nice, we chat. Did not get asked anything except what was our phone numbers and email, birth dates and that was it. We are told that we would hear from him TOMORROW. During all this pleasant discussion, we were honest that we'd had credit bumps in the past and know the interest will be high, we also need a car ASAP to make it to my sons birthday in a northern city on Friday of the following week. They say ... No problem. Talk to you tomorrow. Sales guy sees us out the door and even says, I'll put a sold sign on it right now. Have a nice night. We hear nothing... Nothing... 11 am comes and I call the finance man. No answer. Cool. Left a message. 1pm... Nothing no answer and now I want to talk to anyone at all. Reception says, that original guy has the day off so she puts me through to an older man. He lets me know... That they don't have our SIN numbers and nothing has been begun. It's now late afternoon. But he tells me that the original guy can work from home (why did no one call as soon as this was realized and why wasn't this realized so much sooner??) so I give him the numbers and he lets me know that, in addition, the original guy also messed up our birth dates and it all had to be resent... Hence the delay...so Friday is now toast. Nothing accomplished. Saturday no word. I call and receive ... Attitude?? Okay, so now after a full day, they hear back that we need to send proof of income, but since it's Saturday.... We won't hear back until Monday. So we send them, and in the email of one of ours my hubby writes that he's not impressed with the lack of communication and to please stop screwing this up. We get a reply ... I think that's the least professional reply I've ever heard towards an unhappy customer. So Monday comes. Supposedly were approved, supposedly at $520 a month 17.9% ... And we want all new tires and rims!?!?! Nope. No we didn't. He says okay he has to talk to someone and he'll get back to me. Now he says we're not approved.... We go to advantage Ford. Pleasant and ready to finish the deal. Obviously phone communication is not how you get service here. We get a sales person who becomes physically and noticeably upset when I ask to see the paper work for the numbers they are applying for financing on our behalf... He begins to make excuses and tell us how he isn't okay with having a such a short time frame to do this deal (it's been 3 business days) and he gets so anxious I have to say calm down... To him. He gets the older finance man and they show us.... A piece of paper proving they have submitted the application a few times. ..... That's it, then he explains his crappy Saturday and how he didn't get breakfast or a burger and his wife was late with food and someone didn't show up for work..... NOT MY ISSUE. I was nice I laughed I said get this deal done...... Let's do this. I get a text the next day, we received word. When the finance man is in at 1 pm I'll tell you what it is. We wait Then we get a text of a piece of paper that states our further requirements of proof of income. WE STILL HAVE NO CLUE THE PRICE OR INTEREST OR ANY NUMBERS AT ALL So We say .... WE HAVE 3 DAYS LEFT JUST GET US INTO ANYTHING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WE DONT CARE They've taken so long to do next to nothing that we're now bent over a barrel. .... Wednesday comes. Ford credit refuses to get us a new car, we can only get used and beginning a new deal would be xxxx. That's what we're told. And I say, you've screwed us so hard it is now either we take the car without even knowing ANY financial numbers OR miss my sons birthday .... He says... I hear ya, I feel terrible, but we can revisit the cost in a few years.... Hahahahahaha NO DEAL no. Shove it, this whole experience was flawed and completely discouraging. Horrible. Felt like I was dealing with 5 year old boys,... Excuses and attitude. It felt like they didn't want to do anything after the first fumble and then they acted like they had no reason to be apologetic and weren't. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday.... No numbers no real communication until I showed up on Monday afternoon and demanded it nicely by saying in many polite but stern ways ... TEXT CALL WHATEVER JUST DONT LEAVE US SIT FOR MOST THE DAY TO HEAR YOU MESSED UP OR YOU NEED SOMETHING ELSE. If that's the extent of your capabilities for someone with not horrible but not perfect credit.... That's crap. Pure poop. However, we called Mazda. Thank you beautiful, wonderful, sweet, courteous and kind Mazda. Never. Ever. Ever. Ford ever ever again. Seriously... Mazda. Zoom mutha truckin' Zoom!! More

I understand issues arise regarding v Do not under any circumstances walk into this dealership, buy a vehicle or better yet, let them service it. I understand issues arise regarding vehicles, it's how the dealers handle these issues. I have an all out lemon of a truck and Advantage Ford refuses to stand by their vehicles. Even Ford Canada has been no help, thus I am left on the hook to pay for repair after repair. My truck has 90k on it and I've had nothing but problems. I have a 2011 Ford F-150 with the ecoboost motor. I have been in over 20 times with problems on this truck. It has stalled 3 times on the hwy while passing other vehicles. It has had a number of recalls and even most recently at 80k, they to put in a new motor. I have lost countless days with my truck in the shop ( >30) 2 weeks with a rental alone. I am now paying $$ for multiple electronic issues. Kendal the Service Manager and Shane the Sales Manager should find other jobs. Kendal ignores me when I am in and Shane is no better. He blew me off three times last week to the point I went in and had a face to face with him. He blamed his service advisors for his poor communication. He ultimately asked me not to bring my vehicle back as I didn't buy it from Advantage. Pardon? You have serviced it since the start? You have sent me home saying we can't replicate your stalls....Then two weeks later I need a new motor? Last week after having it in for the entire day with again multiple issues, they charged me $200 and only addressed 2/3 concerns and I was told they would need it for two days. I would have to pay for repairs and rent a vehicle out of my own pocket. Again what? One of my issues was the inside beeping noise the vehicle makes when a seat belt is not buckled. The beeping continues for five minutes. The service advisor told me, in a whisper, that she shouldn't tell me this as Ford tells them not to tell the customer...."Easiest fix is to clean your back up sensors, but I'm not supposed to tell you that." Thanks again Ford for trying to stick it to me. So what's the easiest thing for Advantage Ford to do? Not deal with the real issues and tell the customer to go elsewhere to have their repairs done. Yes please, thanks again Ford. On my way out of the dealership, I told Shane that I was happy to provide feedback on my experience with Advantage... He then promptly replied that he had something in his power that he could somehow negatively affect me. I found this very troubling that he would say this to a customer. PS...also on their service check sheets? The ones they mark off for properly functioning equipment...They don't actually check if the headlights are working, they don't check to ensure all equipment is working properly unless it's obvious. Lazy mechanics I suppose, because I love showing them all the things they missed on their vehicle health report. This happens every visit. More

This is our first time dealing with Ford after many years with Chrysler..... Would recommend Jordan without question.!!!!! Chris Sinclair was also great, answered our questions regarding financing and additions with knowledge and confidence....We liked the smooth transition. More

Great buying experience My business partner and I had hit almost every dealership on our way from Red Deer to find a truck to replace his f150. Off all the dealerships Advant My business partner and I had hit almost every dealership on our way from Red Deer to find a truck to replace his f150. Off all the dealerships Advantage was by far the easiest to deal with. Warren found us wandering the lot and was very helpful, not pushy, and very easy to get along with. So easy fact that after my business partner bought his truck I bought one moments later. Chris the finance guy was very personable but not to the point where we felt he was trying to up sell us stuff we didn't want. All in all our experience was fantastic and worth the hour and a half drive. More
