Excellent Honest Service This is now the third Chevy Traverse I have purchased since 2011. Up until my involvement with Addison on Erin Mills, I hated purchasing a vehicle. The delays of negotiating, half truths, hidden fees, and just general dishonesty made buying a car a terrible experience, until I came into the Addison dealership on Turner Valley Road. The Sales people are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and just nice people to talk with. Next year will be 10 years with Addison. From the first day of driving the Traverse off of the dealership parking lot, to each and every day of work, the feeling of comfort and safety never gets old. And to make the "Addison experience" even better, is the awesome regular maintenance from the top notch service department. On Wednesday when I went to pick it up all the OEM floor mats were missing. I really mean every single one. I phoned back that the car was missing the OEM mats and Zeesha and Justin ordered both carpet and rubber monster mats to replace the lost original ones. I will be coming back to purchase a second car from them pretty soon. I am happy with people who fix problems like this that sometimes happen. Shows that they care about the customer. More

I went to this dealership on a whim. Just coming off an accident I was looking to replace a write-off. We were on our way home and I told my husband “let’s pop in real quick, just to start looking somewher accident I was looking to replace a write-off. He was the only one at the time to approach us and start the conversation. He empathized with our situation without the seemingly requisite dollar signs in his eyes that all salespersons seem to have when told we were in an accident. He walked us through several cars that were similar to the wrote off in terms of accessories and trims. He then suggested the Traverse True North which had everything we wanted, and was within our budget. With the help of Jesse, new car manager, they found exactly what we wanted in the right colour we wanted. Addison offered extraordinary warranties, service packages and great interest rates with their price. It was such an amazing experience. Nabils time, patience and efforts got us exactly what we were looking for. In addition to all this, we had to return our rental and when Nabil found that out, he handed us the keys to a Buick loaner car and told us to use it until we picked up our new vehicle. I don’t think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. Seriously. Thank you Nabil and the Addison Erin Mills team for making me feel so good about a car dealership in a most stressful time. I’ve never been so grateful spending big money. More
