Amazing Experience with Paolo Blance - Sales Agent I needed a 7 seater SUV and was looking to trade in my Nissan Rouge 2014. I was welcomed by Paolo Blanco at this location. His customer service skills are amazing and he did not come across as being pushy or only eager to sell a vehicle to me. Instead, he came across has someone that really wanted to get me what I wanted and within my budget as well. After my initial meetup with Paolo, I scheduled an appointment with him, the following week, in order to talk about the numbers for Traverse LT 2018, which I really liked. Paolo again, worked with me really well and was able to get me what I was really happy with ! I now own a Traverse 2018, after trading in my Nissan Rouge. Misleading, awful . We dealt with Matias in our purchase of our Cadillac Escalade. He was professional , kind and accomadating at the time of the purchase. We were going to purchase an extended warranty but , were told because we have a 90 day warranty /5000km whichever comes first we can purchase the extended warranty before the 90 days is over. We had the 2015 Cadillac Escalade for two months and there was a seatbelt pretensioner short and it started a fire in my 2015 Cadicllac Escalade. We are now being told we do not have warranty. When we first called the dealer and told them about our issue they said we had to take it to an authorized cadillac repair facility, We have that on voicemail. These guys at this dealership are misleading, scammers and liars. They sold me an unsafe vehicle. More
