Horrible experience, very disappointed. My wife and I found a car that we liked on Autotrader. We scheduled an appointment to take it for a test drive. We liked the car and sat down with A My wife and I found a car that we liked on Autotrader. We scheduled an appointment to take it for a test drive. We liked the car and sat down with Amar (sales person). He went over the car's history and details. At this point he said that he has numbers ready for us. Numbers were only payments with warranty (which he said we don't have to take). I asked to see a full breakdown with pricing, fees, interest rates etc. After about 20 min of waiting he came back with pencil written partial figures excluding interest rate, warranty amount to finance and other important details. At this point it started to feel fishy and dishonest because it started to look like they are trying to hide something. I had to insist that I would like to see full disclosure pricing, at this point it looked like salesperson started to panic. After about another 5-20 min finally some copy paste figures emerged on a piece of paper. Interest was set at 7% and not a mention about warranty, who knows how much they were trying to charge me for that. There were also $1100.00 of internal fees such as documentation and finance set up. I really liked the car and decided to look past sketchy tactics and made an offer with with no fees and $900 off of the vehicle. The offer might be aggressive but not outrageous by any stretch of imagination. After Amar took the offer to the sales manager ( Laurissa Torley), she emerged with determination to prove something and rejected the offer without any attempt to make a deal. The sad part is I would pay full price plus fees even if it wasn't that sketchy, unfortunately Laurissa decided that she doesn't want to sell a car to me today. Buyer beware! Not an honest way to do business at this dealership. Apparently you cannot buy a car for the price advertised. More

Hi guys. I buy a car from these guys . I came from Prince George to Abbotsford. I test drive the car and listen a sound comes from the tire . I said brett the sales person that there is some type of sound coming from tires. He said may be because of new rotors and wheel bearings .so i buy the car . But after drive two week the sound was still coming . I visited Abbotsford because i have warranty for 3 months . They just check the car and said the wheel bearing is broken the one that was replaced . They said part is under warranty so you can visit any near dealerships in my town and replace wheel bearing and they will pay for the labour. But when i visiti ford dealership they said wheel bearing is good nothing is damaged but the shocks are leaking and they said they have to replace that. I contact Abbotsford hyundai and talk about that . First thing they don’t deal me right and second they said they are not going yo pay . I even contact with manager he also said no. The most important thing is that if wheel bearing was good then how their service center said its broken . More
