As explained to us - Hyundai Canada has a policy directive that the dealership cannot show on the vehicle - as it sits on the lot - those items added onto the vehicle by the dealership. This policy - by Hyundai CA is ridiculous. The sales person had to explain after a set price was seen on the sticker price that the dealer had added +/- $800.00 of items. We still are shocked that this is a Canada wide sales directive. I will discuss this Hyundai Policy with the Franchise Operator - Mitch Trotman of the TAG Auto Group. It is very difficult for sales personnel and purchasers. More

Excellent experience in trading in for a new Elantra I came in that day with the intention of getting my old vehicle serviced, but when I left I had been able to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new El I came in that day with the intention of getting my old vehicle serviced, but when I left I had been able to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new Elantra, all at a reasonable cost. Brad was excellent at listening to me, then putting together a package that wound up working great for me. My family's happy I'm driving a much safer vehicle now, one that is a huge step up in features from my previous vehicle. All in all, I was very impressed by Brad and the whole Hyundai dealership as they dealt with my old vehicle and put together a package for a new one that I simply could not say no to. She and Jamie stuck by their guns and finally agreed on a pleasant deal. Win/ Win situation. Since then we have serviced our vehicle at this dealership and have not one thing, or at any time, have we found any reason to be wary or complain. We followed a suggestion of the sales people to purchase a service package. This has been a very good investment. The original plan did cost us but now after scheduled service and new tires we are totally satisfied. I am a car nut and tend to overly picky about our vehicle. The service department has been respondent to each and every request. The service technician always completes a neat and tidy process whenever the vehicle is serviced. The service writer has always gone over the work completed and explains each item if and when requested. The car has been washed each service - and Wayne the wash guy is now a friend. We also had a manufacturer's trailer hitch installed to pull our utility trailer. Well worth the investment. The installation and the hitch have proven to extremely useful. My wife and I cannot give any reason that a person should not go to this dealership to purchase or for service. We intend to purchase at this dealership in the future. More
