From when we started researching BEVs and decided to look at the Kona, dropping in while the lockdown was still partially in effect. Whilst waiting for a service I observed to the reception and service staff, Jessie and Ashley that as a short person the depth of the chairs in the waiting room were dreadfully uncomfortable. We had a good laugh as another short customer and I demonstrated the challenges of sitting comfortably for a period of time.in a chair so deep our feet could not touch the floor. I was delightfully surprised when I was supplied with a packaged folded throw- (with the Hyundai logo!) which when replacing a pillow in my back allowed my feet to touch the floor! Kudos to these ladies for listening to my issue and addressing it in a time when customer concerns can often be shrugged off as “ not my problem” It was a pleasant and positive experience and I thank them! * Note to the interior design team to please provide ergonomic seating for all sizes!, More

Steven and Chris were both very helpful when I contacted them to buy a used, but basically new, vehicle.
