I was looking to purchase a replacement for my 2006 Sonata which had come to the point of having questionable road worthiness. Amar Singh understood my needs and showed that he not only wanted to sell me a car but the right car for me. He answered all my questions openly and honestly and driving away I felt that I had purchased the perfect vehicle for me at a fair and reasonable price. Not even backyard mechanics! Told me I had a broken crank it was the waterpump impeller! Told me I had a failed catalytic convertor it was the turbo! It was a fabulous experience. AN VOILA there she was when we arrived. Such a lovely young lady. She drove the car out of it's space on it's own power without a driver! WOW! She opened the door for me and as soon as I looked inside I was in LOVE! It was BEAUTIFUL! She gave us an impressive display of the workings of the vehicle before we went out for our drive. We came back and she had checked out our Hyundai Santa Fe trade in and gave us a price which I was happy with. We also got a $500 loyal customer gift! YIPPEE! Then we met with Jimmy Mital to do all the paperwork and pay for the vehicle. He was very personable and competent. It was a pleasure working with both these individuals who were so impressively familiar with their product. We moved onto the insurance phase with a young lady from Hub Insurance who also did a great job. Graeme came up at the end to ask how our experience had been so it was nice of him to follow up from where we began with the phone call! When we went to drive the vehicle away there is was with a beautiful bow on it. It was a gorgeous gift that I had just bought myself - as my brother said "because I deserve it!" And it came wrapped! LOL! Preet set up a bunch of the complicated settings for us before we drove away and gave us a brief walk thru some of the major options. There are just so many things to learn in my new car that it will be a daily discovery process I'm sure. It drives beautifully, handles smoothly and is very quiet.
