Terrible experience! Place is being renovated. No place for customers to wait while their car is being serviced so i had to walk in the wet rain to the tim hortons up the Place is being renovated. Its a good thing i didnt have my kids with me,one if wich is a todler in a stroller because they take you into a modular that is tiny and has stairs. Not only this, but i wasnt welcomed when i walked in. I basically stood there like a moron for a good 5 minutes while both people completly ignored me on their computers even tho the place was so small i was literally 1 foot infront of them. So its not like they didnt see me. No eye contact nothing. Finally i put my keys on the table and said um hello can someone tell me if im going to be helped please. Just a horrible experience. More
32000 KM Service FOB Replacement They phoned to confirm appointment but never said they did not have the parts. Passing the blame even though they had a week to get authorization. I know prices are subject to change however my son-in-law had his truck serviced at another dealer almost $400.00 cheaper. Never called when truck was ready. Was told part would be ready the next day no one called. Left message with service manger to find out what was going on no call back. Regret buying the lifetime oil package when I bought the new truck. The service department is the worst I have dealt with in 63 years. It is sad because the sales department was the Best when I bought the new truck. More
Worried about other customers. I had a tire replaced from their service department that turned out to be defective, so I had to bring it back to get it replaced. No big deal. Now, where my problem lies is with how they dealt with the issue. When I spoke to someone on the phone, I was told that my tire would be covered under warranty, and it would be replaced, and I would be on my way. But what actually happened was, they replaced my tire, and told me that I had to pay for the replacement tire (for the defective one that was initially sold to me) and then wait for it to be sent and inspected by Goodyear, before I can get my reimbursement back. $264.17. That didn't sit well with me, considering that I was told I didn't have to deal with that hassle when I called in. So, I pay and get the tire replaced and leave. On Monday, I came back to the service department to ask for a tracking number for the tire. Seeing as I still technically own the tire that is being sent back to Goodyear, I wanted to know that it was going to make it there OK. They person at the service desk told me that the person that installed my tire wasn't in, and I had to wait until Tuesday to get a call back from them regarding my tire. I never received a phone call, so I came back again to the service department asking for a tracking number, that is when I was told it would take a week for an answer. And I said again, I want a tracking number for my tire. After that, the person I was dealing with talked with a couple othe employees, and finally came back to me saying that, "I didn't realize that we have a Tire Protection Plan, and we will be able to give you your (my) reimbursement back today." Now my issue is, why didn't these people know this from the get go? I mentioned that I was told that I wouldn't have to pay again. But the person at the service desk said I was told wrong and that they will have to deal with that issue. I truly feel like I caught them in some sort of scam, and they did what they could to quickly and quietly cover their backs. I bought my vehicle from this dealership, and thought that they might have a little more respect for their customers. I was wrong. I will never recommend this dealership to a single soul. More

We went in with a certain amount for a down deposit and the finance agent come back with to us with an agreement and monthly payment. OK but we just need the final ok from the owner. TWO different department staff members said we got the vehicle, the waiting is just a formality. They made us pay a deposit and put a sold sign on the vehicle. Three days later after us calling and them apologizing as they haven't gotten to our situation yet, they finally call and say "no sorry the owner needs DOUBLE what your offering" EXCUSE ME! Such a waste of time having to drive all the way back (not from the area) and get the deposit. The owner NEEDS to communicate with the staff on what their parameters are! Not let them just fling amounts around. Very bad service. Side note, upon returning all we saw were all the 20 year old sales guys playing paper basketball. It seems to be a frat house. Never going back! More
Poor customer service Purchased truck no problem but service department is disgraceful. Lack of consistency in knowledge between staff. They try to sell service that is not due (ie: rear diff fluid change $550.00) "forgot to install new oil filter during oil change. Tried to double dip by charging me for oil change that warranty was covering. They get caught in lies then try to cover it up. Lastly I book an appointment for warranty work and they book me a week and a half later then tell me my warranty ran out in that week but won't honour the work needed. More
Absolutely good service My partner and I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 from this dealer and we are really impressed with the control we get from the traction control system. We have driven other makes and nothing beats the system on this truck. The moment we start to slide, the system automatically detects and corrects without any problems or any hesitations. I would absolutely recommend coming by and purchasing a new vehicle from this dealer. More
New challenger never ending nightmare Bought a 2015 challenger 22k on it. Put 8400 dollars down. Signed the papers upon approval and registered the car and drove it away. Got a call telling me the approval didn't go threw and they needed more money or the would take the car back through repo. After a couple days of fighting back and forth they paid the difference of 3775 to solve the issue. First I couldn't pick the car up due to a punctured rear tire. Then I brought it back day 3 cause the tail light trim popped apart from the bumper. Day 4 I bring the car back with a blown rear dif and will now wait 2 weeks to get it back. They sold me the car telling me I was second owner. Apparently now that was a lie. I asked about the exhaust now that it's there since I can clearly tell it's an after market system but my paperwork states car is stock no mods listed. They confirm it's a mid back aftermarket system. They must not have inspected the vehicle before selling it. Nothing but lies and terrible treatment from these shameful people. More
