On several occasions I have requested that they give me quotes on work they state as "needing to be done". Each time I have sourced out other quotes based on the same scope of work, and the competitive quotes have always come back 30% - 50% cheaper; or I have received comments that the work is not required. 2. I had the rear differential replaced on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler at 59,000 km under warranty at the end of May, 2017. Approximately 12,000 km and/or six months later, I was told by another service shop that I already had dark rear differential fluid and that I should endeavour to bring this up to Abbotsford Chrysler where the warranty work was done. I made an appointment and brought my Vehicle to the Dealership today (yes my bad I should have done it a lot sooner) to look at this issue and get an oil change. Upon inspection, I was told that the fluid needed to be replaced and I had to pay $250 to have it done. When I explained that this did not seem to be normal given how quickly the fluid turned dark, I was told that it was the "norm" for Jeeps, and then I was accused of driving my vehicle "roughly", even though I've never even taken it off road, nor were there any other signs that I had done so?!? In addition, they did not care that I had a report from another mechanic that showed that the fluid was dark at 71,000 km. When I talked to both Mike (Service Adviser) and Ed (his Supervisor), both were unwilling and unable to provide the customer service that one would expect from a Dealership of this supposed caliber. 3. When I went to pick up my Vehicle, after confirming that all they did was the oil change as per my original booking, I was presented with an Invoice for approximately $180. When I questioned Mike as to why an oil change cost $180, he said that I had been booked in for a M2 service which included, among other things a tire rotation. When I explained to him that I only requested an oil change, along with a request to check my rear differential, and I had no idea what what an M2 meant, he seemed frustrated and made me feel like I had done something wrong by not understanding their terminology. The only bright light in this experience came when Jenny, who also works at the Service Desk, intervened with a smile, and said no problem, we will take care of it, leading to Mike, much to his chagrin, to remove the cost of the tire rotation. So my thanks to her, for being the sole Individual in this whole experience that actually understood customer service. As a consumer for over 40 years, I will never again utilize this Dealership nor recommend them, as they appear to more concerned with the overall aesthetics of their Building (just completed renovations), then the overall customer experience that most Businesses use as a foundation. The mechanic agreed that there was something wrong with it, but instead of repairing the component, he turned off the "speed sense system" and told me to monitor it. Why in the world would he turn off a system and then tell me to monitor the system that he had turned off?? What exactly am I monitoring - a system that has been disabled?? When I questioned this diagnosis, the service department treated me as though I was being unreasonable to expect it to be fixed appropriately. They stood behind their mechanics inane suggestion, and then fed me a pack of lies on how this is they way it is supposed to be done. I have never seen such a song and dance of unprofessionalism in my 35 years of car ownership. More

The best part was the after sale care, they helped with some aftermarket parts sourcing and arranging scheduling and also provided a loaner car. Mellissa was our sales lady, ask for her, very nice and not pushy, was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Ashley handled the after sales stuff, she went the extra mile to help us out and get what we wanted. She even helped with off site stuff for our Jeep! We have bought cars from 6 dealerships in the lower mainland and this has been the best experience by far! More
