Shady When I first went there they told me the car was sold already when we had already arranged for me to come in..... then they sourced another one a few When I first went there they told me the car was sold already when we had already arranged for me to come in..... then they sourced another one a few days later so I went in to inspect at the agreed price I get there and it's another $2000. They know you're desperate so they take advantage of that. The car was fine so I moved on with only a couple of little glitches,more noticbly the oil sensor was on but they said oh they forget to reset it we did an oil change. Nevertheless I did an oil change soon after and it was fine. This car (2012 Audi A4)had only 109,000 when I bought it in Oct 2015 it now has approx.130,000 and a seized engine,yes a seized engine. Dont trust these scammers because you never know what you're getting they just know how to lie and prey on the weak. Filing with BBB on Monday More

Took it to the dealership because it was still under manufacturing warranty and they couldn't understand how they "fix" some of this car up. When asked about a few things not working on the car, I got was a shrug, take it to the dealership. Once you are off the lot, you are no longer their problem. Do not buy from here. More

Sneaky sales My wife and I showed up last year to buy an SUV. We test drove a white dodge journey and loved it. We asked if they had any in black. They said yes i My wife and I showed up last year to buy an SUV. We test drove a white dodge journey and loved it. We asked if they had any in black. They said yes it's identical with less kms but currently off site. So we bought it. They delivered the vehicle. It was not identical. The heat didn't work. We brought it back and they fixed the heat. Forward one winter season. The heat stops. Bring it to my mechanic to find out the heater core was replaced with one that didn't even fit right. They cut clamps in our steering column to make it fit. Coolant reservoir blown and radiator both needed replacing from them not flushing the system when they installed the wrong heater core. $2000 repairs for new heater core coolant reservoir and radiator. Call the dealership to tell them about the issue. Have two letters from mechanics stating the only way the damage could have been done is not properly flushing the system after the heater core replacement and get some crap about new ownership and they'll call back. No call 6 Mos later. This place is sleazy with their sales and service. Will never go there again. More
