I have poor credit, but I have been making huge progress. I needed a reliable vehicle in a bit of a hurry. I didn't think I'd get approved for much. Horrible after sale service At first everything was fine, I picked out a truck and they made the process fairly easy. However the truck had a few issues with the paint (scratches At first everything was fine, I picked out a truck and they made the process fairly easy. However the truck had a few issues with the paint (scratches and dents) these were fixed no problem. The big problem was the front end was shaking fairly bad during test drive. They told me it was the tires and they would be replaced before I picked it up and I was fine with this. About 9 days went by before I was called letting me know it was ready. When I got there the tires were not replaced, instead I was told that something else was wrong and was fixed during safety (this caused the shaking). Now I live an hour and a half away and by the time I got home I couldn't go over 90km/hr. 5 star yard was also closed at this time. The next day I contacted them about the tires and began the process of trying to get the tires replaced. This took multiple days to find a solution. They refused to have the tires installed in the city I live in and forced me to drive an hour and a half back to London to go to a tire shop. Upon getting to the tire shop they could not remove the tires from the truck because they had been severely over torqued by the dealership. I was then sent to the dealership garage to get the tires loose so the tire shop could replace the tires. After the dealership garage guys yelled and cursed at each other for 20 minutes, the tires were finally ready to come off. When it was all said and done the tires got replaced, but the truck still shakes ( however not as bad). I dealt with John MacDonald mostly, but received a text message from Ziad asking me to call and work this out. I immediately called and he was unavailable so I left a message and was never called back. I tried calling them again and I either get the number is unavailable or it just rings endlessly. Not sure where to go from here More
