Sold a LEMON I was sold a 2013 BMW X3 last summer for $24,000 and have only been able to drive it a total of 2,000KM since purchase. The vehicle was in such terri I was sold a 2013 BMW X3 last summer for $24,000 and have only been able to drive it a total of 2,000KM since purchase. The vehicle was in such terrible shape that the timing chain blew out in the first 1000km of driving it and the result was complete engine replacement thru BMW of London. I was able to have BMW cover the cost of the engine block itself ($14,000 + $3600 in injectors) but I was forced to cover the cost of the labour ($5400 total = $7500 in loan cost with interest). If you do the math, that's more in repairs that what I paid for the vehicle. Within the next 300km I had both thermostat and intercooler failures (approx $700 thermostat + $1000 intercooler) and now it has broke down again with another drivetrain malfunction after a further 540km of driving in just the city. Do the math and the repairs are MORE than what I paid for this car!!! BMW of London said it was one of the worst condition engines they've ever seen and were adamant of having my back in fighting for my money back (they took photo evidence also). I've asked repeatedly for the dealer who sold it to me to help me out and the owner has NOT tried to contact me despite multiple attempts to contact him. The sales person, Zaia seems to be very understanding but not helpful in resolving my issues. I've added myself to the Siskin's class action law suit against BMW for timing chain issues, but at this point I'm out a car and still paying a fortune for it. I'm not a wealthy person, I can't afford to fix it every other week, and I can't afford to sell it either because of the lean as it is new. I'm not sure what to do next besides ride a bicycle from now on and pay this off for the next 5 years. I will never recommend these guys to my worst enemy! More

Fast and easy I was going back to school and needed a vehicle cheaper on gas. I drive from turkey point to London Monday to Thursday. Called them up and within like 2 days a deal was done. Was able to pick it up today. Dean and Regan worked hard and fast on the deal. I’d recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get into a vehicle. More

So come find out for yourself how dishonest and mendacious they are. They are great at lying and not honoring their words. If you make any kind of deal with these guys get it on paper signed as they don't honour verbal contracts. Watch out for the fine print and added extra costs. Shop around because their prices aren't the best they are average to above average market. I am super disappointed with the customer service experience here. No concern for my customer service experience or my mistreatment. I went to the BBB and reported them but their slime ball boss just passed me off and they are not willing to make right their mistakes. They figured a $250 pre paid card that I had to hound them for 4 months and drive 3 hours to get will make up for the thousands they screwed me out of. Again stay away and buyer beware the devil is in the details. More

They'll use every trick in the book if your not experienced I recently was in an wreck , total write off. I got a call from this place Before the adjuster called me to look at and test drive a vehicle. How they I recently was in an wreck , total write off. The total cost of that vehicle was the amount that ended up on offer as a settlement from the adjuster. So I accepted my settlement and back to the dealer. Only to now be told the cost of the vehicle I test drove was more then the amount of my settlement, I would need $3000 down now to get the vehicle I test drove only the day before. I need a car to get to work, my rental was due back. So other option. The other option was a car worth 10,000 less . But don't worry they used the total amount of check by selling me a warrenty I don't need and adding massive multiple fees, deciding all this while talking about me in the third person like I wasn't even there . If I wasn't stuck I would have walked . Smarter now for the experience. All this and I had total coverage. I'm sure they deal with individuals individually. So proceed with care. Two stars cause I did get a vehicle. Also tried to sell me on a fact that 4 wheel drive and all wheel drive are the same thing. Lol. Being in a jam sucks . "I need a 4x4 vehicle" - "all we have for you is all wheel drive , it's pretty much the same thing still a 4 wheel drive system".....No, it's not pretty the same at all, I know that, but being in a jam sucks . First accident. Feel taken advantage of but live and learn right. More
