Marc was amazing! We were looking for a full size SUV to pull our trailer. In our deal Marc he arranged with Diana to provide the required hitch, wiring, missing accessories, etc.. Absolute worst! I have purchased 3 vehicles from there and always had great service I referred my neighbour there she had the worst experience ever. Drive to London from sarnia 3 times 2 of which the vehi and always had great service I referred my neighbour there she had the worst experience ever. Drive to London from sarnia 3 times 2 of which the vehicle she was wanting “wasn’t there” 3rd time she went she test drove her car(or what she thought was the car she was buying) she put a deposit down and 2 weeks later “the car still wasn’t ready” they even told her “we have to get the navigation activated” then was told it will be ready on Monday. Monday comes car isn’t ready. Tuesday comes “problems at the licensing office” so they said they would deliver her, her car to save her a trip back to London from sarnia. Her car got delivered today “Wednesday” IT WASNT EVEN THE VEHICLE SHE TEST DROVE! This car does not have blue tooth does not have leather seats AND DOES NOT HAVE A NAVIGATION SYSTEM! (She took pictures of herself with the vehicle and the interior when she test drove what she thought was the vehicle she was getting) I am absolutely appalled by the service she received. She is now the 5th person I have referred to 5 star Dealers and I will NEVER refer another person ever again nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them ever again! Andrew and Craig! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! More
