There were a few issues with my used vehicle, which Rocky disclosed immediately to me. Nothing that would sway my decision, just good to know. Richard in the finance department was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, he was very helpful with the securing of the right financing for my personal situation. When picking up my vehicle, Rocky and I did a complete follow up to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. He made this situation very relaxed and I feel he would do anything for me or any customer to make sure they are very happy with their purchase before leaving the lot. I would definitely recommend 427 KIA. Ask for Rocky from sales and go through Richard for your financial needs. More

"Service" Dep't does not know the meaning of the word Enjoyed excellent help in purchasing a Kia Soul from this dealer through salesman Needu, who was polite and timely in delivering on promises. 1st exp Enjoyed excellent help in purchasing a Kia Soul from this dealer through salesman Needu, who was polite and timely in delivering on promises. 1st experience with Service Dep't: Told on the phone to come in to have battery replaced in the key fob - it would only take 2 minutes - resulted in waiting in line for 15 minutes, then being asked to sit in the waiting room while more emergent matters were attended to. After an hour, the 2-minute job happened because i refused to leave the counter. The job was done by the service manager, who was trying to inform another employee how to do it, while talking to another customer about his vehicle. 2nd experience: called at noon on a Wednesday to arrange an appointment for first servicing. Reception tried to put the call through, but after 3rd try, finally asked to take my number to have the call returned. Service was "backlogged" she said. At 5pm, having received no return call, I called again. Service denied getting the message. No apology. I have now gone to another dealer who answered the call on the first ring, took down all the information, established the service required and made the appointment. Efficient and polite. More

My Elderly Mother got treated very badly My 81 year old mother went for a oil change and after I check the oil it was one inch over the maximum. She went back there and told them and the service person is like what do you want me to do. My mother said I think you should now what to do. He said sit here very rudely. He came back with the original oil change invoice paper and said it was done. She asked him to sign and write that it was over filled with oil. He said I am not signing this so she asked to speak to the manger. She was told he would be back in 2 weeks. If this is how they treat a 81 year old women then imagine how you would get treated when something goes wrong. This dealer is closer to our house but we did not buy there because there price was to high. Will go to the original dealer from now on. More

We made a complaint Bought Rondo 7.5 years ago from 427/QEW Kia. We have some issues with another employee at our car maintenance visit 6 years ago. We made a complaint to the manager and felt we were heard. Riyaz was assigned to negotiate with us regarding future service. This was resolved and we have remained loyal customers for car service because of Riyaz. We retired to Kitchener 1.5 years ago, but in spite of the heavy 401 traffic, we still travel to Toronto every six months because of the excellent customer service, quality of work, friendliness and price that we receive from Riyaz. We call or email Riyaz for an appointment and get a time that fits our needs and a loaner car, if needed while the car is being repaired, free of charge. We discuss what car maintenance is absolutely needed and the best price he can give us. He is always friendly, fair and treats us very respectfully, taking the time we need to explain each repair, what further repairs are a must at our next 6 month visit and which could be left for a following visit. As long as he is in your employ, we will continue to return to 427/QEW Kia. More

My daughter bought her first car from 427/QEW Kia recently, with her hard earned money and savings. She loves the car. She had an issue with the car that was not covered under her warranty, and was terrified it was going to be a major cost for her as she has limited funds being not long out of school. Fortunately Riyaz stepped in, had the service team resolve the issue quickly, and arranged for 427/QEW Kia to cover the cost, turning a negative for my daughter into a positive. This was superior customer service, and it gave a first time buyer, and a potential repeat customer, a positive experience with her first car purchase. Smart thinking, great service.
