I just returned from this dealership with a very bad taste in my mouth. We just had a baby, so we didn't want to do much running around. I spoke with Eric on the phone a few times to work out all the dealings and details in advance to make sure that our visit was not a waste of time. It ended up being a HUGE waste of energy and time. At first the sales manager was vague and all that was mentioned was he would get us closer to the price that we could afford to pay. I was assured that the price would be close to 17,200.00 for a kia soul, which is a good deal, although I had also found 2 others for less, but decided to look at the vehicle as it was in the colour that I wanted and I was assured it was in great condition. Eric himself was very friendly, however the management was very rude and aggressive. The vehicle, ended up being quite scuffed up with even chips to the windshield. I decided that in the condition the vehicle was in, I wouldn't move past my $17,400.00 budget. I put in an offer, had the money in hand to purchase the vehicle and the management would not budge for $100. We discussed the difference in price and the dealership made such a big deal about the $100 difference, showing absolutely no willingness to earn our business or work out a deal closer to a price I was assured in order to pack up my 3 week old baby and make the trek to the dealership. So basically we were lied to in order to get us into the dealership, and once there, were only treated nicely by our sales guy Eric who also seemed a little disappointed and perplexed as to why the management were being so rude and un-negotiable. I felt bad for him, as he seemed like a nice honest guy who was working for a bunch of irrational hustling managers. all in all, the dealership was filthy, and felt quite sleazy, the washroom was a disgrace, I just couldn't bring myself to give them my business the thought of even coughing up the extra $100 made my stomach turn. We left and I ended up buying a lovely Kia soul in mint condition with 9000kms less in Guelph for less money, In a great professional, friendly and "cleaner" dealership. More

I bought a car from these guys over a year ago and continue to receive friendly excellent service. I was looking to buy a new car and test drove the Soul only to try it out but it wasn't a serious continue to receive friendly excellent service. I just picked up my brand new Kia Forte from there last week! I had met Nav at the auto show and he spent the time with me and my family to go through the car and give us a great presentation compared to m week! I contacted nav afterwards and he and the team at 427 qew kia gave us a great deal and amazing service through out the whole process. I have allready told my co-workers to make sure they go there for they next car purchase and suggest any one else who is interested in Kia. Speaking on the forte it is an amazing car and gives you the best bang for your buck. again had a great experience at 427 QEW Kia and recommend this dealer to everyone. Go see Nav or Amit the General sales manager who was great to deal with also. More
Do not waste your time with these guys - they are sleazy and have very poor customer service. I was going to buy a new car (Sonata) from them. Negotiated price and delivery date. They never called me back on anything and lied saying they never got my VOICEMAIL messages. Each time I asked them to send me something they said they would and NEVER did. Experience was so bad - I decided to write a letter to Kia HQ and not buy a Kia. More
My wife and I recently having a child decided to purchase a different car that would have more safety features and more room. We went in and looked at some new and used vehicles. After we decided to go with one of the used cars on the lot. We were told the vehicle was $16,000 however while we were negotiating I decided to look the dealership up online on my phone and found the used car on the lot was being sold for $15,000. I brought it up to Nav's (sales guy) attention. He left eventually came back and told me that something is wrong with my phone and pulled the same add up online on his computer showing the $16,000. So I told him that we would leave as I felt it was shady. He said he can work out some kind of a deal with me and eventually came back offering me the vehicle for $15,500 with the taxes and everything into the price of the car. I thought it wasnt a bad deal seeing that the vehicle was $15,000 online and taxes would be well over $1000. Also we traded in our old vehicle and the amount we were given for the trade in wasnt too bad. The day we came to sing the papers there was around $4000 in charges added to the cost of this car. I looked over everything and told them I would not purchase this car with all the extra fees. Eventually settling on a $1700 2 year warranty that even I was a little upset with the price of. In the end we paid way more then I figured I should have paid however that is my fault. The vehicle had some scratches and a paint chip in the front that I was told it would all be fixed prior to me picking up the car. They also included tint at no extra charge. We called to pick up the car and we were told the car wasnt ready we would have to wait another day. I said that would be fine, however the next day when I called the car had still nothing done and we were told it may take another couple of days. Eventually they had the car ready for us a week after we were told it would be ready. When we came there the car didnt have 1 thing done to it. The tint was done but all full of bubbles, no scratches were fixed the interior wasnt cleaned the car wasnt washed and an empty tank of gas. I explained how unpleased I was and I was told to bring the car back and they would take care of everything. So we took the car and left our trade in at the dealer. 3 weeks went by and I had a large payment taken out of my bank account for my old car. I called my bank and they told me that the car was never paid out. I called the dealership and they are saying that the car had to have been paid out but they dont know because the person that would have done the pay out is not there today. At the moment I am still paying on the vehicle that I traded in and on my car that I purchased from the Kia dealer. They claim they are working on the problem and im currently out my money. Obviously this Kia dealership has no customer srvice skills and have no idea what they are doing. They lied to us from the begining and I should have walked away at that point. Instead I am now dealing with the horrible service. I would never reccomend this dealership for a cup of tea let alone the purchase of a car. More
