The sales people were very professional and friendly. My wife and I felt very comfortable discussing the vehicles with various sales people. While test driving the vehicles, Victor was very good in explaining the features and was helpful to install the baby seat. I was able to negotiate a reasonable competitive price with several extras and you cannot beat the 0% financing, Kia warranty and roadside assistance programs. Nav was the primary person I dealt with during the initial sale and was so good advising us of our options and keeping my 10 month old baby amused. Rick took care of the financing and describing the details of the 5 year warranty. Victor was in contact with me after the initial sale to get me the VIN and license plate information so that I could secure insurance for the new vehicle. During the vehicle pickup Victor & Nav were key players in going through the inspection and final sales documentation with my wife and I so that we felt completely comfortable. All in all, the experience with this Kia dealership was one of the best I have ever experienced and the ironic thing is that we went in on a whim. I am very pleased we acted on upon that whim and now we are the proud owners of a beautiful new car. More

Nav was very helpful, knowledgable and funny through the whole process. He never pushed us to buy anything. He led us on the right path based on the car we wanted to buy. He explained to us in detail why an specific car was a better option than another. He answered every question. Believe me, we asked a lot. Nav knows the value of building a lasting relationship with his customers. He gave me useful information on how to take care and maintain our new car. He is generous on giving good advice about cars and about life. We felt we were in good hands with Nav Gill. I know that everybody at 427/QEW Kia are very nice people as well. Thanks Nav. Do yourself a favour - run, don't walk away from this dealership. Customer service is awful. It's run by a bunch of clowns. Rocky's one of those sales guys who makes it look and feel easy. He's easy going and soft sell, yet he knows his product and is enthusiastic about all things KIA. I began looking some time ago and Rocky kept in touch with brief emails letting me know when rates were changing or new cars were in...I'm frugal but particular. In the end, I got a fantastic car at a terrific price. I just recommended him to a good friend who's been driving high end cars for years. He now wants to take a look at KIA for his next purchase after he heard about all the bells and whistles relative to price. I'll keep passing the word about 427 KIA and my "Rocky experience" which was by no means rocky at all! Cheers More
Rocky was able to track down a car for me when no other Kia dealership in my area could find it. After doing considerable online research, I decided to go to QEW 427 Kia to check out their Forte and Soul cars. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Rocky and he made me feel comfortable and at ease d to QEW 427 Kia to check out their Forte and Soul cars. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Rocky and he made me feel comfortable and at ease discussing the various aspects of each car. He was very helpful and well-informed about the financing options and was always able to answer all my questions. I came back several times and each time he made a real effort to explain every detail. When I decided to purchase, he made everything very easy and stress-free. He even helped to set up my bluetooth and took time to show me many of the features of the car and how they work. He also introduced me to the service and parts employees and went out of his way to help me with all my requests and inquiries. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with the Kia cars and I would recommend Rocky to anyone looking to purchase a Kia. Kathy G. More

Terrible service. Every single person in that dealership is a complete liar. The receptionist didn't leave messages from me to my sales rep, nor the manager when I asked for him. They tell everyone they are giving them a deal until you look at your actual bill. ALL OIL CHANGES FREE FOR 2 YEARS ??? EVERY Kia dealership offers that. Rocky said he would waive the admin fee- he did not. The said he would give us a deal because he made a mistake with the car year and the price- he did not. He just lied and lied to get a sale. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Especially if you do not want to enter into a litigation suit as they have violated certain legislative conditions as per the Consumer Protection Act. More
I can't say enough good things about my dealings with Rocky Jayam .I had been searching for some time for a new car,and after visiting several different dealerships and being told that the model,colour,o Rocky Jayam .I had been searching for some time for a new car,and after visiting several different dealerships and being told that the model,colour,option combination I was looking for was just not available.That didnt seem to be an obsticle for Rocky,he ensured me he would find one,and thats just what he did.Not only that but he was able to find a 2013 model and made me an amaizing deal on it as well. As I work on the road,most of our communication was by email and he kept me informed every step of the way.The car arrived on time,was ready when promised,and the entire transaction was made completely painless. So far I am very impressed and hope the rest of my experiance with the car and dealership will be as smooth as the purchace and delivery. Thanks again, Dave More

Purchased a vehicle through KIA corporate program and expected a no hassle relationship with the dealer as there would be no negotiating on price. Dealer did everything they could to scam every last dollar out of my pocket... mis-calculated prices, added BS warranties, treatments, etc, etc. Every time I asked to remove something from the purchase price I had to argue and listed to 5 minutes of BS about why I should pay for said add-on. A lot of promises were made during the purchase including a discount on servicing... found out that said discount only includes aftermarket add-on parts, nothing else. Service group is just as 'great'; Recommended service interval is 8,000 km. From the time I bought the car they are trying to tell me I have to come in every 6,000 km. Why would KIA Canada, QEW Kia website and the service manual all say 8,000 if it was actually 6,000? They don't have an answer for this question except some nonsense rambling. Basically, I am waiting for them to screw up or overstep in a significant way so that I can call KIA Canada with a serious complaint! More
