Intially I wasn't looking for a Kia. I was looking for a sub compact car that was great on gas but had some horsepower for highway performace. After reveiwing and test driving other cars, Kia offered everything we wanted and it came standard in the model I was looking at. At the time my Soul wasn't in stock, but the team kept me in the loop on when more were coming in and did not try to sway me to another in stock model. They understood I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. Nav was great about explaining all the details and terms of purchasing a car and helped me reach a price I was satified in paying. I am very pleased with the car and dealership, when I'm ready for the next car upgrade I know where to go. More

He did not try to push us at all for a sale. But as we enjoyed the experience, we ended up staying well past closing time to finish the deal. This ended up keeping several people past closing and not one of them complained, even when they had computer troubles processing our information. We purchased a Kia Sorento that night, and I've been very happy with it. Now, 2 months later, I thought there was a problem with my Kia. I stopped into the dealership on the Thursday night, saw Rob and asked his advice. Again, he was extremely helpful and didn't try to pawn me off to Service. When he couldn't fix it, he had the service manager out right away and they resolved my issue extremely fast. I am very satisfied with the experience. More

He negotiated a fair price with me and we quickly came to an agreement, without the typical run around I have gotten from other dealerships before. This was the first time I negotiated a new car deal over the phone. Rocky walked me through the process as we emailed the required documentation back and forth. The first time I met Rocky in person was when I picked up my new car. He had everything ready for me, and I was driving home with my new car in no time. He also regularly kept me posted with the progress of my car as it was being delivered (I had to wait a couple of weeks). Generally he really helped to make the entire experience very stress free. It took me a few weeks to really decide what make of vehicle I wanted, and after jumping around to many dealerships, Kia kept me coming back. The new vehicle models and the sales team help me decide the sportage was a good fit for me. I found a particular used Sportage that had a few bumps and scratches and was in need of a few new tires. The sales representative I worked with, Rob, was fantastic and requested that the car get new tires and fix up the few scrathes and door dings. It was like bran new when I drove off the lot, and so it still driving great. Thanks 427 Kia! More

I recently bought my 2013 Kia Forte Koup from this dealership and I must say I have never had such a wonderful and easy experience when purchasing a vehicle. Most dealerships you visit you are hounded dealership and I must say I have never had such a wonderful and easy experience when purchasing a vehicle. Most dealerships you visit you are hounded every day until you return and they force you to purchase a car as quickly as possible. With this dealership, I did not feel as if I was forced to decide quick or pressured to get a car because the staff here are quite friendly and understanding. All dealerships inform you "they are giving you the best deal around" so I did some research of my own. I had shopped at multiple dealersips to see what was the best deal I could find before I settled and without a doubt this was it. They worked with my budget as I am a student working part-time, and helped me to afford the car I was longing for. I would recommend ths dealership to anyone I know looking for or not looking for a KIA. Nav was a great salesman and truly made me feel comfortable and assured I was making the best decision all on my own. Customer service is truly important to me and not making a sale just because is what I look for in a dealership ... and I found this here. More

I found myself without a car a few weeks ago, and I needed another car as soon as possible. I called up QEW Kia and talked to Rocky, I told him what I was looking for, and my budget. Not only did he find exactly what I wanted, he priced me a car under my budget. Rocky is not your typical salesman. Other car salesman that I have dealt with always seemed very pushy to me, trying to get you to buy something you really don't want in your car. I told him what I wanted, he got me the perfect car, and when it comes time for us to buy a new one in a few years, as long as Rocky is still working there, they will definitely have a return customer in us. I highly recommend QEW Kia, and even higher recommend Rocky for your salesman. More

Bought a used sedona there in 2011 and the dealer used every sleezy tactic in the book...they even wrote the wrong price on the contract after we agreed to a different price earlier ("oops sorry abou every sleezy tactic in the book...they even wrote the wrong price on the contract after we agreed to a different price earlier ("oops sorry about that..."). Finally, to close the negotiation I offered to give then $200 if they included roof rack bars on the van (they had another used sedona with the bars...and I suggested they just put those on and they agreed). I never did get the roof rack when i picked up the car the next day after various excuses...I got a decent price so I decided not to press they issue through the courts...and it wasn't worth the $200....I actually enjoyed the experience a bit as it was such a stereotypical sleezy used car experience that I was laughing inside the whole time. If you don't want to have this experience, then don't go to this dealership! BTW I service my car at the KIA dealership in Barrie it they are awesome! More
