An absolute refreshing experience to car shopping I just recently purchased a Kia Optima from Brett at 427/QEW Kia. My experience from the moment I pulled in to the time I picked up they keys was beyo I just recently purchased a Kia Optima from Brett at 427/QEW Kia. My experience from the moment I pulled in to the time I picked up they keys was beyond my expectations. I called to find out if the 2013 Kia Optima they had was still available and spoke to Brett who was incredibly knowledgable about the car. I booked an appointment for later that evening and when I arrived I was shocked to see the vehicle cleaned, running with the heat and heated seats on (in January -20 outside) and a "reserved for Ryan" sign on the dash- talk about VIP service. Prior to my visit I had been to other Kia dealerships and didn't receive anything close to this kind of service right from the get go. I am very pleased with my purchase and Brett worked with me to get an amazing deal. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from QEW Kia and have suggested to many family members and friends to go see Brett to get their next vehicle. What a refreshing experience it was buying a car here, not at all what I expected. Thanks guys! More
