From top to bottom; unporfessional, . I was forced to give raing of 1. I have been waiting 2 months for a minor warrranty claim to go through...yes 2 months. Instead of doing the proper I was forced to give raing of 1. I have been waiting 2 months for a minor warrranty claim to go through...yes 2 months. Instead of doing the proper and expected repair which will cost maximum of $100, I am being ripped off to incurr a cost of repair for upto $900! I have never dealt with so much unprofessionalism. I have never been made felt so unvalued as a customer in my whole life. I may not know much about cars, but the fact that I am being treated as an incompetent individual who is also their "valued" cusotmer is disgusting. I am not a difficult customer so one can imagine how I must feel right now to actually make the effort an take the time out to write a review. To drag a customer in dirt for2 months and over and over tell them they have no other option expcet the one stated by them and their lovely vendors, which clearly is not the only option! From top of the food chain to the bottom, you are treated like sh**t. What's the worst is the word games and the unwillingless to take responsibility for their screw ups. GOod luck to all future customers. More

No ethics, bait and switch tactics - FAKE REVIEWS If you look past the first page you will see the real reviews that 401 dixie mazda is trying to cover up by providing two fake reviews a month. A rate which conceals the fact that these are in fact fake. First of all, the deal they tell you over the phone is never actually available. If they say they'll "throw" something in - they mean they will charge you for it and try to hide it in the bill of sale. For example like someone else explained. They will usually offer you something like winter tires to get you to purchase the car yet it's up to you to catch it on your bill of sale to remove it. Don't worry it will only take a couple of hours for them to cave and give you what they said they would. They will become very argumentative and combative if you try and get the original deal they offered you or a promo offered by Mazda itself. Gift card from itunes? Not happening "the price of the car is already to low". Service credit? "How about I give you an oil change for cost instead?" They advertise their cars as CPO but charge you for it as an extra. They add "banking admin fees" that literally don't exist at any other dealership and say theirs nothing they can do to remove them. Go to their lot if you must. If you go today you'll see a Mazda 6 "CPO" vehicle sitting in the lot with a flat tire...Take a "CPO" Mazda 3 out and bathe in the dirt and grime that sits on the INTERIOR of the vehicle. This isn't just one, take a look inside the windows of the car. Bring it up and they'll blame it on the service department. That's the thing, it's always someone elses fault as to why something bad has happened or a deal can't be made. Here's the thing, they are SUPER nice to begin with. They'll get you a coffee, chat you up, and then when it comes to do numbers it's when all the fun begins. They'll keep you there all day if they can, waiting 10-20 minutes to come back from the sales manager with updated numbers, and more excuses as to why they can't complete and advertised deal. They will hassle you for your licence and your credit card and won't give it back to you until two or three more trips to the sales manager, but it's "all part of the process" if you ask what the xxxx is going on. Every time they tell you they're going to get you your information back so you can leave, they come back with a new xxxxty deal instead. It's horrible. Don't give these guys your business. As with most things if it's too good to be true - it is - and that statement couldn't ring any more true for 401 Dixie Mazda. More

Prefer service at any other dealer I am not the most tech savvy guy but when I get a bill over $1000 every single service at this location. I had to test my theory of false checks and d I am not the most tech savvy guy but when I get a bill over $1000 every single service at this location. I had to test my theory of false checks and documentation. They did a routine service and stated that my washer fluid was low and many other faults. But lwra focus on the washer fluid. I went to bought a new bottle and filled it to the tip before driving over for my service last week. I honestly can't believe how many coners they cut and amounts they overcharge. Please go to any other dealer to fix it vechile with proper checks and prices. More
