I filled out a pre-approval online and within 24 hours I had received an email from Melissa Stitt's letling me know I was approved and asking when I was able to come in. I made my appointment on a thursday at 7pm, I arrived at the dealerhip around 630 for a quick look around and met Melissa for 645pm. Over all I was a tad nervious about making a deal. I had a car that I really wanted to trade in for something newer and reliable but was worried I would get bonned on the trade. Turns out I had nothing to worrie about. Melissa was extremely friendly, and very helpfull. She showed me a car that I absolutely love. ( 2011 Kia Forte5 SX ) after the test drive we went back to her office and worked out the payments and trade in, and told me I could come back on Saturday at 10am to pickup the car. On saturday I arrived at the dealership around 930 I met with Melissa and she let me know the car was ready and that Rob McFarland would be going over the paperwork and final test drive with me. Rob was extremely friendly as well, greeted me with a hand shake, smile and even offered me a glass of water. When we sat down to finish up the paperwork I was waiting for the catch... Thinking there had to be a catch this deal was to perfect. Both Melissa and Rob were way to easy to deal with. Iv been to other dealerships in the past and Iv never had such an easy worrie and stress free experience as I did at 401 Dixie Kia. After all was said and done Rob took me out and showed me how everything worked on the car. Made sure I was 100% satisfied and even went out of his way to activate the satellite radio for me! Talk about service. If anyone wants to buy a New, Used vehicle they definelty need to visit 401 Dixie Kia!!!!!!!! Thanks again for such a great experience, I'm loving the new car!!! More
When we arrived at Kia we had just come from 2 dealerships where we were barely even acknowledged. At Kia we felt welcomed right away. I felt like I was a genuine priority. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and all the services that Kia provides its customers. I did not feel pressured or unsure about anything and he had no problem answering ALL of my questions. He was very patient and even came in on a day off in order for me to pick up my car before the weekend. I truly feel like he went above and beyond my expectations of a sales representative. This is my second Kia vehicle, and with quality service and a quality product, I do not see myself in anything but a Kia product. Thank you for making my purchase a dream and not a nightmare. More

Rob, Chad and Melissa were very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and extremely accommodating. They ensured that I understood all my options, and kept my best interests at the forefront. I had numerous questions and concerns, and they were able to answer them promptly and to my utmost satisfaction. They worked very hard to close a difficult deal, and did it all within a single day to accommodate the fact that I live in Brantford. In a nutshell, Rob, Chad and Melissa ensured that I left a very happy and satisfied customer. For all your hard work and care, I am extremely grateful! I would without a doubt make the hour-long trip to 401 Dixie Kia to do business again. I have bought 7 cars in the last 9 y Hello Team 401 Dixie Kia, I would like to let you folks know how much I loved your service @ 401 Dixie Kia. I have bought 7 cars in the last 9 years, and let me tell that you folks "BY FAR" exceeded my expectations. I was in the market for a smaller car as i already have a Honda Pilot and a Honda CRV. I looked at offerings from Audi, BMW, Lexus and Subaru. Once we test drove the Sorento, we were thoroughly pleased. A big part of customer experience comes with the service after the product is sold. Time and time again, we were always left with feeling that something was missing when we would drop by for oil changes, etc.. For this specific reason, I am taking my time on this and would like to tell you how I felt. ( and let me add, in 10 years , this is the first time I am taking the time to do this) A big, big thank you to Amit Sharma for his professional attitude and infinite patience. He came along with us on 4 test drives on 4 different vehicles ! Also a big thank you to Chad for making the deal go thru and staying way past 6 PM that evening. I would also thank Melissa for staying late to complete the paper-work. This is the first time I have bought a KIA, and my first impressions are very good on the vehicle. To be honest, I have yet to find a quirk or a "wish list" of features on the vehicle. A small portion of my work involves interacting with end-users and I know good customer service when I see it. I would like to also let Kia Corporate know that you folks are doing a great job, not just with the cars but with the customer service as well. First the car was supposed to be ready @ 1:00 PM they thought 5:00PM even though I had phoned @ 10:00AM and told them we were coming at 1:00PM. When we got there at 1:00PM our salesman didn't show up fo thought 5:00PM even though I had phoned @ 10:00AM and told them we were coming at 1:00PM. When we got there at 1:00PM our salesman didn't show up for another 20 minutes thus making us wait. The car then had to be brought in and given a quick cleaning while we waited. I now notice the inside windows were not done properly. The car had to be taken to a gas station and filled while we waited some more. The next day I found plastic still wrapped around the positive post on the battery. I will NEVER deal with this dealership again! More

She ensured that the sales personnel I dealt with was experienced, and knowledgeable. It was an excellent experience, and when the time came to consider a new vehicle, I approached Debra once again. She hand picked which sales rep I should deal with, and she was accurate in her decision once again. Johnny Arcangel was very easy to deal with, knew about the features of the vehicle I was considering, and with zero pressure to purchase. I am happy to say that I ended up purchasing a 2012 Sportage, and could not be happier with my decision. The vehicle has all the features I required, and then some. Customer Service is at the forefront of this dealership, and it shows, as every time I have to go for service, I am welcomed warmly, which is greatly appreciated. Not only did they get my sale, but my mother returned to purchase a 2012 Rondo the same day. I cannot say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Debra and Johnny ( as well as Melissa in finance, who was a HUGE help ), they have earned my business, and will continue to in the forseeable future.
