I just purchased a new 2012 Kia Optima Hybrid Premium from Jordan this past week. I could not have been happier with his professionalism. I had been searching for a new car for a couple of weeks as my current car was almost 10 years old and I was concerned about breakdowns - I am very unfamiliar with imported cars, as have only owned General as my current car was almost 10 years old and I was concerned about breakdowns - I am very unfamiliar with imported cars, as have only owned General Motors and Chrysler cars - on my way home from the gym on a Friday evening, I decided to swing by to take a look at the Kia Optima on the recommendation of a friend at work. I was so amazed at how welcome I felt by everyone. Jordan and Chad were so friendly and outgoing and extremely knowledgeable. I had a very specific budget and other concerns, and nothing was a stumbling block for these gentlemen - they were willing to help me overcome any concern and went to great measures in doing so. I had no intention of purchasing a car as this was so far from what was normal for me, but I was pretty convinced, that after having a night to think over everything I had learned, I was able to go back first thing Saturday morning, and after having some additional questions answered, purchased a beautiful KIA Optima! I felt so confident and happy with my decision. Because my colour, etc. was not in stock at this location, before I left, they had found me a car. I went back for a visit on Monday evening to confirm extended warranty issues, and while there, my car arrived from Bolton. It was ready for me to pick up on Wednesday. That was such great service - I agree with other reviews here that from the initial search to the purchase and pick up, Jordan and the dealership where amazing! I am enjoying driving my new Optima - it is a gorgeous car! I have already referred this dealership to a couple of others who I know are looking for new cars. More

You don't refer people to a Dealership unless you have complete confidence in what you know will be a happy experience for that referral. I have absolutely no reservations about touting the quality of the people first at 401 Dixie KIA. The purchase of a new car is a stressful experience however it is made easier by quality sales people and friendly financial advice and managemant. My sales person was Johnny Arcangel along with general manager Debbie Squigna. What else can be said except that they are the best ! More
