I am shocked to see such positive reviews for such a horrible dealership! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM 401/DIXIE KIA. It was a HORRIBLE experience. We were lead on. We were ill advised. The salespeople, finance people and even the General Manager himself would did not even try to rectify their own mistakes. I will continue to advise folks to avoid 401/Dixie Kia and am warning you that they are hustlers and swindlers. NEVER AGAIN.... Thankfully, we did not purchase our optima from them. I hope this dealership goes bankrupt or is fined to the point where they must shut their doors. Absolutely pathetic dealership. More
I bought a rio5 and then changed my mind for a higher model , they did a great job in finding the colour I wanted and as it had some km's on it from sourcing from another dealer they added some accessori model , they did a great job in finding the colour I wanted and as it had some km's on it from sourcing from another dealer they added some accessories free of charge ( ones I wanted ). The whole team rallied around each other and I trully felt as though Kia had sold me a car and not just one particular salesman. If when it comes for another car purchase and Kia has a car I am interested in then I will surely use this dealership again. More

My experience with Sunil Singh was excellent. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained car features and financing options in detail using terms that were understandable to me. He made follow up calls during the sales process and also after the sale to ensure everything was satisfactory with my new car purchase. My contact with Robert Mc Farlane was brief, but he was also friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales person to family and friends. A very positive experience. Within minutes that I'd arrived, Marcus was outside and he greeted me right away asking if I needed help with anything. Last year, my mom and I visited a few of the other dealers in the same area and and he greeted me right away asking if I needed help with anything. Last year, my mom and I visited a few of the other dealers in the same area and other than Mazda, not 1 salesman greeted us at any of the other dealers, so we did not buy any car at that time. Anyway, Marcus and I started chatting about different cars then I asked him to show me more details and what price it could be. He offered me a test drive and I tried the KIA Forte 5 ex and the Soul. My choice, the KIA Forte 5 ex. I did not shop around and you are the only dealer I dealt with so I was not ready to buy on that 1st visit. I am a loyal person and when I like the salesman I am dealing with I will give him the business so I went back a couple of days later and finalized everything. The only glitch was when I asked for the value of the car so I could contact my insurance broker to get the insurance ready, the salesman told me, you don't need that, we will call for you...but in the end I did not get my car on the day I was supposed to receive it because you had not received my insurance papers from my broker who had to talk to me anyway to get my insurance changed. So let this be a lesson learned and next time let the client contact their insurance broker to get the paper ready or at least give them a heads up. In the end m salesman called me to let me know I could not receive my car on Thursday and that I would have to wait until Monday to receive my new car because he was off on Friday. I sold my car and the paperwork was done faster than expected so I ended up without a car for the weekend so on Saturday I went to the dealership (with my borrowed car) and told them that I had to have my car since I didn't have one anymore; I had brought the insurance papers with me in case they still had not received it. Robert (Manager) was very nice and after checking that all the documents were ready for me to sign, he asked another salesman to make me sign the papers and 'introduce me' to my new car. Thank you Robert for making my day and making this happen for me. Thank you Marcus for your professionalism, kindness and patience and sorry that you didn't get to 'introduce me' to my new car. Thank you Jeff for taking care of me even though I was not your client. All the employees there are very nice and say hello and chat with everyone. I recommend this dealership. My sister has dealt with 401 Dixie KIA in the past and was very happy too. You guys are the best! I LOVE my KIA Forte 5 ex! Linda More

I just purchased a kia optima 2013 ex turbo. Malvin Singh was my sales rep.This is the second car i have purchased from malvin at kia dixie. Great shuttle service - Give a call ahead and ask for pick up and drop off. Recently I purchased 2013 kia optima EX from a dealer named Jeff Park. From the very beginning to picking up my car he has b pick up and drop off. Recently I purchased 2013 kia optima EX from a dealer named Jeff Park. From the very beginning to picking up my car he has been working the deal passionately along with his great coworkers. (They still provide a great services with details whenever I call them for any questions about the car I bought and future references) Jeff Park tried to work out the deal 'with' me, and not against me.
