Hello Eric, I'm afraid this isn't fully resolved since the car isn't exactly in the same shape I expected it to be when I bought it. After much discussion with some people at your dealership. I understand that the car was fully functional and in pristine condition, prior to the installation of my remote car starter. Here is a link to all the damages done on the car. http://www.flickr.com/photos/99097025@N00/sets/72157641881792153/with/12687778143/ I understand that after Joe from KIA Canada spoke to Katie, that there was a decision not to replace the crack on the dashboard. I have gone to another dealership for a second opinion and they have pointed out to me that I couldn't have caused that damage and even pointed out areas to me that indicate the mechanic didn't use plastic tools to extract the navigation unit. I'm surprised no one called me to discuss this because I don't want to remain an unhappy customer. I don't like having this sick feeling in my stomach every time I go to your dealership or get an email. I'd rather turn this into a positive experience. Instead of focusing on trying to have me remove the negative feedback, how come no one asked me what they can do to change my review. If I simply remove my review, it doesn't mean that no one else will write a negative one. I'm very open to have this discussion so that no one else has to go through the same experience as I did.
