Mr. Sinkis, I apologize for the experience you had at 401 Dixie Kia. We strive to ensure the best Customer Service possible and being tardy and doing an incomplete job are completely unacceptable. We have spoken to Sky and do believe there was a misunderstanding and we apologize. His shift started at 1 PM and did not receive the time change until he started. Regardless we definitely should have been more prepared for your delivery. The GM Debbie Sguigna and myself are aware of the situation and would like to do our best to help. Hi, there... I realize that there may have been a misunderstanding on Sky's part but when I called in that morning and to ask if the car would be ready at 1pm I was told yes. I do appreciate the effort in making this right. When you say free oil changes is that including all parts and service? I sent an email with questions to Sky on Thursday with a follow-up on Friday but I still have not had a response. I would appreciate if someone could respond to my email...Thank you
