Finally I found Just a brief note to let you know that I have been to 4 Kia dealers. I went to a dealer in Malton, Brampton Kia and Queensway Kia. Finally I found 401 Kia and have been going there for over a year. I will not go anywhere else. I actually got to meet Katie and Eric and they are a sweet couple who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work wherever they are needed. The one thing that really hit me today when I was there, was when Katie walked into the Service Area and the 2 employees behind the desk both immediately smiled and said hello to her. That to me showed that she is liked by her staff and they are not intimidated or nervous around her. Really made an impact on me and I pointed out to her what I noticed. The staff always go out of their way to help me. They could give your dealers lessons on how to treat staff and customers. Just wanted you to know you now have a satisfied customer thanks to them. More

Worst Customer Service After fighting for over a month about rust on my two year old Kia, it was finally approved to be covered under warranty. Had appt. booked for a Monda After fighting for over a month about rust on my two year old Kia, it was finally approved to be covered under warranty. Had appt. booked for a Monday morning and was told they need my car for four days. Show up Monday morning and there is no record of my appt or any work order. Service manager was off sick and no one knew anything she was working on. Left with my car. Was called later to bring it back in! Friday afternoon get a call that my car is back from the body shop and to come pick it up. Said there were other issues that needed to be looked after i.e. two mouldings that were ordered about five weeks ago and all the other marks all over my car were to be "polished" out (because they refused to admit that they were all rust marks). I was politely told they don't have time to finish my car and I would need to bring to bring it back once the mouldings were in. Argued with them again that they had my car for a whole week and know you don't have time to finish the work order. and even argued with Katie, one of the new owners, who in the same conversation told me my car was there and then said my car should be back in an hour. This place doesn't know how to run a successful business. I will never ever take my kia back there for service and I'm so disappointed in Kia I am ready to trade the car in for a Honda! More

He was so great and easy to work with that when we needed a second vehicle, I knew I wou We bought our first Kia last year from Amit at 401 Dixie Kia. He was so great and easy to work with that when we needed a second vehicle, I knew I would be going straight back to Amit to see what we can work out. We are going on a mat leave so we wanted to keep the second payment as low as possible. Amit gave us a great deal and he definitely makes the process of buying a car, which can be a little intimidating at times, very effortless and comfortable. It was an extreme pleasure to work with him. The entire staff at 401 Dixie Kia are very friendly and everyone seems to help each other and support one another which creates a great atmosphere. I would recommend Amit and 401 Dixie Kia to everyone that would like to get a great car for a great price from a great and reliable place that will also care for your concerns even after the car has been purchased. We are really enjoying our 2013 Kia Sportage and our new addition 2014 Kia Rio. Thank you Amit and 401 Dixie Kia! More
