Not only was she patient and understanding of our needs but she made great recommendations based on our budget and what would be best for our growing family as a starter. I explained how much a sun/moon roof met to me and I was overjoyed when Chantelle found my Optima with my chosen colour, Satin Metal with a panoramic roof. Within a couple of days the car was brought in from another town. Chantelle introduced me to the other staff who were all courteous and made me feel right at home. I was delighted to receive the car in excellent condition and the tank filled up with gas. I would certainly tell anyone to contact Chantelle at 401 Dixie Kia. 2015 Sorento LX V6 experince We had been looking for a new vehicle to replace our aging minivan. We had test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and Subaru Forester. Since we had previously rented a Kia Sorento while on vacation in Calgary last year, we decided to take a look at a new Sorento. There are 2 Kia dealerships in my area, but we ended up going 401 Dixie Kia. We arrived at 7 pm, looked around the showroom and Marcus acknowledged us soon after. We took a test drive and came back to talk about a deal. It was a very pleasant process and there was never any pressure on us. We felt very comfortable negotiating with the tag team of Marcus and Chris. We had struck a deal by 8:45pm. They even offered us a good deal on our old vehicle. Melissa finished the paper work. They all stayed late because they close at 9pm. On the day we picked up the vehicle, we were given a tour of the dealership, and introduced to the staff in parts and service departments. We had a great experience at the dealership. Go see Marcus. Sorry, only gave 4 stars on price because we always want a better price, but we're happy. More
