We were introduced to Nav, the sales manager and he answered all our questions while we waited fot Amit. During the Q&A period, Amit came over to where we were and introduced himself. Right off the start the relationship with Amit was great. Very professional, genuine person and has the best customer service I have ever received at a car dealership. We had to wait for a hour and a half, but the dealer (it was actually the service manager) compensated the time we had to wait for by offering a great deal. He was transparent and clear on what he was able to do for us. There was no reason to hustle and bustle about making a deal since he offered us something that we could not turn down on. It was one of the best car buying experience for me!!! More
