Really polite sales staff and reasonably priced car Customer service ************************************************************************************************ I was initially contacted by Ad Customer service ************************************************************************************************ I was initially contacted by Adam who had an excellent writing style. In this day and age writing skills are dying. This guy had a flair for writing nice emails I test drove a Mazda 3 on March 14, 2018 --- at 5 PM . He was polite and even nicer in person. Once I reached they had the car ready for the test-drive I did my test-drive with Maise-- she was equally polite. She came across as a good and respectful person too. Tried her best to show me the features. Which is something I appreciated. When someone puts in the effort I feel good as a customer. Yes-- life becomes boring when you work long in a profession. But unlike other sales people she had a nice(read genuine) energy about her. Now they did try to push me to make a deal after my test-drive but I think that is to be expected. Sales people ,after all, have incentives. I was upfront with them that I had plans to look at other vehicles before making any decision-- March 24th and decide if i want to buy the car being offered. I have test-driven 4 other vehicles so far and I found these guys the best for the customer service. I have plans to go back to them if they meet some of my conditions. But , I will make a decision by the next week PS: I have to give these guys a bit a minor thumbs-down for not negotiating at all. The car did have 10000 KM over the average (if you take 10K KM a year as average). My expectation was at least a drop of $1.5K or some similar incentives . Let's see what they offer. Like I told Adam before I went for the test drive--- I have a good feeling about this deal Pricing ************** Near book value. Which is rare in the world of used cars . They do give a good first impression of 401 Dixie Kia - simply courteous and polite! Ms. Sarah Escobar, Sales Agent 401 Dixie Kia discussed our pre-purchase enquiries for a re-used vehicle. She listens intensely not only to our needs and wants but also provides a rough draft plan to an initial prima facie resale price and further offers due pre-preparation to required documentation and also other supporting material for our selected re-used vehicle and so forth. She provides complimentary explanation of the reused vehicle's dashboard and compartment gadgets and the entire vehicle's history prior to a test drive by us. She also seeks on our behalf to re-view a re-negotiated purchase of our first selected reused vehicle at 401 Dixie Kia with her superior, Mr. Chris Perri, Sales Manager.
