Please do not waste your time purchasing a vehicle here unless you want to get scammed. In my honest opinion this dealership is not worth your time or effort. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over a year ago. Nothing really noteworthy about the experience. Now I want to trade the vehicle in at a different dealership(been to 3 and they all say the same thing) and when they pull up the paperwork as they should beforehand they told me about an inconsistency. On the UCDA vehicle history it shows that the owner of the vehicle beforehand reported the odometer at a value higher then what the vehicle has now including the mileage I have put onto it. I went in to talk to them about the situation. I was on their side hoping that it was just an input error but with how things have went and their unwillingness to correct the error I am sure that they have rolled the odometer back. I have talked to many mechanics in regards to it and they have told me that this particular vehicle has no secondary way of tracking the vehicle mileage (ie. the engine also recording mileage). So now I am left with a vehicle that no dealership will take and am looking into small claims to try and get myself out of this situation. I recommend you try any other dealership before this one and knowing what I know now I would have paid up to 20%-30% more at a different dealership then to go through this experience again. I have been trying to deal with this for over 3 months now. More

First time buying from a dealer...big mistake So I've had a number of issues since purchasing my Honda civic from this place. Had to have the battery changed within three weeks of ownership, which So I've had a number of issues since purchasing my Honda civic from this place. Had to have the battery changed within three weeks of ownership, which they replaced free of charger. But since then the front left low beam went out (probably from the battery change), and now it sounds like the flywheel is grinding. It probably needs to be replaced, as the vehicle had close to 160 000km when I bought it. But the service lady says that there's no record of me or my vehicle... The salesman was very good to me, but it feels like they don't want to here back from me now that I've bought the car. I have the purchase agreement and everything and i I've called four times today and left a message. I guess we will see if anything changes... More
Treated like a nobody! Terrible experience!!! Made an appointment to view a vehicle. I arrived on time to find out that who I was ‘meeting’ was too busy so he left me stand Terrible experience!!! Finally someone arrived and sat me down while she clicked away on her computer. Asked me 3 x what my payout was and 3 x I told her approx #. Finally she says can you find out the exact number now? Why?!? I was there to view a vehicle not sit there and help you figure out how much you're not going to give me for my vehicle! I walked out. Truth is I had cash in hand to purchase outright. Never again!! I’ll go somewhere else where you’re treated like a customer!! More

I sent an email through autotrader and received an email from Andy who confirmed all options including the tech package was in the vehicle. As he confirmed that the tech pack was included, I drove in bad weather, from a distance to find out it didn't have it . A new salesman tried to sell me a 8 passenger that I didn't want and the whole experience felt cheap and reminded me of a old used car salesman. Told me why every other brand I mentioned was bad and why to avoid them. Try selling me an Infiniti versus bad mouthing other companies. It's too bad as I bought my first Infiniti years ago at this location and I will NEVER go back More

Maintenance service Very poor service. Never wash my car after maintenance even thought it printed on the invoice and said it would do that. No top up of windshield fluid Very poor service. Worst Dealership to be associated with Issues with this dealership: They lie, i was told that a loner vehicle will be ready when you bring your SUV for service and safety inspection on Nov Issues with this dealership: They lie, i was told that a loner vehicle will be ready when you bring your SUV for service and safety inspection on November 19, 2018 as 8:00 am, it wont take more than 10 minutes, when my wife reached the dealership she was told there is no information with the service center about the loner vehicle to be provided and they told her that they could only do safety inspection and not the service. I tried to get in touch with Ali Raza the no existing General Manager, When i called him on November 19th 2018, his voice mail was full and it said that he will be on vacation till November 09, 2018. it means either he has not checked his voicemail or bothered changing it even after 10 days of he returning to work. I am still waiting for him to give me a call back. You will be really disappointed if you associate your self with this dealership More
