I was involved in an auto wreck between my 2014 Elantra and a 15 ton tr I wish to thank Jody Clark for personally looking after me on friday May 6th. I was involved in an auto wreck between my 2014 Elantra and a 15 ton truck hauling large concrete pipes. I was able to limp my car into his shop, he took me personally to check my vehicle and get my car to auto body repair shop. I was very happy to find out how easy it was for me to get this service. Very kind, very professional. Thank you Jody. The work performed is excellent. I find 401 Dixie Hyundai is always a great place for buying and repairing my cars, from Maria, Drew, Greg and Ben, now Jody. They treat me and my family the right way. Awesome. More

Back in 2001, my sales experience began with a young gal by the name of Melanie and was incredible, and I bought TWO XG300’s for me and my wife. But then, came the warranty and service ?)) These are the first cars that I have continually brought back to this dealership, something I never did before with my other cars, for warranty and then post-warranty service . . . . Mr. Jody Clarke and his excellent team of customer service reps: Mitch, Cameron, and a recent excellent addition, Cheyenne, epitomize what all service organizations should strive for !!! Their customer care, attention to detail, and follow-up scores are off-the-charts, as far as I am concerned, and I have seen many, many service organizations fail miserably ?( As cars get older, they tend to be harder to diagnose and service. My recent service visit, once again, demonstrated that Jody Clarke and his team used their experience and clairvoyance to detect a very hard-to-detect computer problem and poor engine performance. I just drove home and it felt that (Dr. Clarke – honorary degree) had given my XG300 a new lease on life. I guess I will have to wait a couple of years now before I buy a Genesis or two. Hyundai will be the only car manufacturer for my foreseeable future, unless I win the lottery, and then it will still be an Equus !! ?)) I am absolutely positive that my service experience would NOT have been for this long and and as excellent had it not been for Jody Clarke and his team, and this is even considering that the dealership changed hands from Future Hyundai to 401 Dixie Hyundai at the ten year mark, around 2011. Finally, I have strongly recommended to my friends and associates over the years for purchase and/or service of their Hyundai vehicles to this dealership and Jody Clarke. I should be on commission (haha). Keep up the good work. Excellence is NOT a destination, but a journey, and you all have travelled it so well !! ?)))))))) More

Buyer Beware - Check every fee on your contract before signing. Verified against other dealerships that added "mandatory fees" were added to the contract. E.g. Key Replacement $300. Not mandatory and is optional. I had even questioned these with both Johnson & Kang why they were on the bill of sale. Also, sale price was higher than discussed. Verified against online pricing. Johnson mentioned he could not go any lower. Once I had cancelled the deal, they were able to make things work. Kang was the initial sales rep before being passed on to finance, the dishonesty from the rest of the team lost Kang the sale, he was a great sales rep. More

I was definitely looking for value which narrowed down my options to Hyundai Elantra 2017. Next step was to find the right dealership to buy from and I did visited many. I was looking for a reliability, competence and people I could count on. One of my friends bought his 2015 Sonata Limited from 401 Dixie Hyundai and he had me come in here. Erick Briones is the individual I dealt with. It was a lot of back of forth with questions, bargains to get the best pricing possible. I didn't close the deal the very first time I visited and scheduled an appointment after another 2 days. I needed time to think and reconsider my decision but Erick was very professional and helpful throughout the process, I could see he was working to get me the best pricing and making sure that I am comfortable with my purchase. I was still getting contacted by other dealerships I visited for used & new cars, telling me all sorts of things they could do for me but I didn't felt right about it. Finally I made my decision to get a brand new car – Elantra 2017 GLS, which has been an amazing car and great purchase. Thanks to Erick for helping me out and also a big shout out to Darryl Kessel for supporting me with last minute changes. More
