Great Experience Over the past few months, I have been researching for the best car that I can get at my price point - Hyundai was clearly the best. We were planning on going to two Hyundai dealerships, but my dad convinced me to opt for 401-Dixie first, as he had great experiences with them in the past. It was imperative for my fiancé and I to get a car from a sales consultant who is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and courteous. We have had many unpleasant experiences at other dealerships. We got more than what we were hoping for when we were greeted by Neil Sunga at 401-Dixie. He surpassed our expectations from the moment he started working with us. My fiancé was impressed with the patience and respect that Neil provides his clients. Unlike other sales consultants, Neil did not put any pressure on us to get the car from him, nor did he push any biased opinions on us. However, he made it loud and clear that he is someone that is eager to provide his clients with the best service. We are also very impressed with his diligence in meeting our needs, answering our questions, and providing us with regular updates with our car. 2016 Santa Fe I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with my experience with 401Dixie Hyundai. I had a stressful experience previous to this due to my car be I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with my experience with 401Dixie Hyundai. I had a stressful experience previous to this due to my car being a write off and stressed another dealer not following through on their promised of a car, even AFTER I signed the paperwork and put a deposit down. I know Brian from actually buying my car that was involved in the crash and heard he moved over to Hyundai. I called to see if the car I wanted and deal was still available and everything that had happened to me at the other dealership. He took care of me immediately and honoured the deal which is right in my budget. He was great to work with before and I'm so pleased I ended up buying my Santa Fe from him this time as well. All staff are friendly and happy and really seem to enjoy their jobs and helping people. I HIGHLY recommend Brian as your Sales Rep and this dealership to purchase your next vehicle from! More
