My 2017 Santa Fe broke down at 135k. I had it towed to the Dixie dealership and it was found the engine has seized. The dealership applied to have the car engine replaced under warranty I had it towed to the Dixie dealership and it was found the engine has seized. The dealership applied to have the car engine replaced under warranty and was successful. My car had a new engine and was back on the road in just over a week. I cannot thank the dealership staff and Hyundai enough. Incredible service. They were in constant contact throughout the process. WhatsApp initially turned out to be an awful introduction to Hyundai has now completely changed my mind. I’d buy from the brand again knowing that they hold themselves accountable for when at fault. 10/10. More

I was very disappointed with their honesty. when we bought the car as of our conversation they told me and my husband that the first oil change is free as a gift. And even when they checked in the system they didn't put notes on the same day, I felt scammed and I didn't like what happened today with me at the dealership. More
