This is definitely the WORST dealership I’ve ever been to. They use very unethical and possibly illegal sales tactics. I was forced to buy the Hyundai Safeguard Upgrade and Extended Warranty (both of whic to. They use very unethical and possibly illegal sales tactics. I was forced to buy the Hyundai Safeguard Upgrade and Extended Warranty (both of which I did not want) as they lie to my face by saying that they “come with the car” and that they are mandatory. When I tried to cancel them a week later, the Finance Manager (John Rehman) REFUSED to cancel the warranties. Even with a 800+ credit score, I could not get the advertised interest rate on their website unless I bought their insurance products. You will waste 3+ hours like I did trying to buy the car, and then spend a ton of hours after that just trying to cancel all the xx that they add to your contract. They will say ANYTHING to get you to buy their warranties and then not let you cancel. If you plan to buy a car, please don’t come here. I’ve already submit a complaint to OMVIC about this dealership. More
