I asked for the coolant to be topped up because it was low before i picked it up and that was not done, I've had the car for about 4 months now and it is beyond unreliable, It's been a no start about 5 times now and when I called the person who sold me the car he laughed on the phone and thought it was funny i was late for work several times. He also hung up on me while I was talking. I was not once rude about the situation. The transmission revs funny the more I seem to drive it, I also noticed the rear bumper is not flesh like it should be. I've never been in an accident and was told it wasn't in one when I bought it. Overall i'm not satisfied with the car nor the service i have received, I will not be a returning customer to any hyundai! More

I settled on the very sleek and attractive Genesis Coupe 3.8. Right away when you walk in the door the atmosphere is completely different then all the other dealerships. Staff are extremely cool, friendly and down to earth, and treat your visit as an opportunity to give you information and teach you, rather then an opportunity to make a buck. After spending the last month driving to all kinds of dealerships, I found myself back a Dixie Hyundai's doors as the great atmosphere, the knowledgeable staff, and eagerness to impress you and build a friendship trumps all other motives. I purchased a brand new 2014 Santa Fe 2.0T. The transaction was smooth, easy and fun!! The last 3 years with my Genesis were amazing, never had any problems with the car or service department, and I'm looking forward to the next few years with my new Santa Fe. Amazing dealership :) More

Maria easily sold me on a Hyundai vehicle. She had an answer to every question I had and new her product line very well. She made my experience at Hyundai a memorable one. I have recommended her to many other people and speak fondly of her amazing service and expertise. Good experience gone bad! Recently bought a Tucson from this dealership. Was treated like royalty until the agreements were signed. Probably was the easiest sale of the month for these guys. Once the SUV was picked up I noticed right away how dirty it was. Hyundai did offer to detail it for me, should of been cleaned already. Only gave me one key and when I inquired about another I was given the run around and then told that it would be an additional charge of $250.00. I refused to pay anything else and believe Hyundai should throw this in. Spoke to salesman numerous times and then was told that if I didn't pay it would come from the salesman commission. (I didn't haggle with the price.. rookie mistake), told them to figure it out and get back to me. No response. Spoke to the salesman again when my sunroof malfunctioned during a downpour and was told maybe we could split it. still refuse to pay more. Requested for the manager Mark to call me a couple of times and still no response. Sad that they are willing to ruin a reputation for something so minimal especially when I was a fan. I would recommend anyone looking to buy here to never buy the same day. Think it all over because they are of no use once the deal is done. Please make it right and issue a spare key with your vehicles. signed still waiting for a response. Since posting this review I have received a call from the assistant sales manager Jordan who offered me a huge apology. There seemed to have been a miscommunication with the situation. Jordan was quick to make this right and I am pleased with his quick and persistent follow up. I did receive a spare key for my purchased vehicle without any further effort. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with the service department at this location and can honestly say they have been great. My sunroof is due to be repaired on this coming Tuesday and I am confident that it will meet my expectations. Thanks Jordan for making this right and thanks service department for being friendly. Once we decided what car we wanted to buy 2014 Elantra GLS we decided on 401 Dixie Hyundai. As soon as we walked in we were greated and Maria our sales woman asked a few questions to be clear on what we were looking for and then gave us a price (no hidden costs). Maria made us feel like we were very safe in our purchase. The used car appraiser also gave a very fair price on my trade . Before we knew it we were driving away in our new car and very impressed with our purchase. Thank you More
