Room for the family, safe, quiet, comfortable and lots of creature comforts. If you are shopping for a Santa Fe, be sure to drive the 2.0T turbo. We figured the naturally aspirated 2.4 litre model was just great, and all that we needed... but then hopped in the 2litre turbo just to be certain. BIG difference and only about $4k delta for a brand new car that we will have for years. The 2.0 gas mileage is the same as our 2013 Elantra that we traded! Loving that at the pumps. More

They took it into the service bay, run the computer diagnostics and sure enough, the alternator came back as failing. Low output, so the battery would not fully charge, and when under load depleted. Then, no starter. Got the new part in one day and fixed the next. Pretty great service! Mitch was great. More

I went to 401 Dixie Hyundai on a friends recommendation and it was the best move I could have made. The service I received from Violet and Drew was amazing as soon as I walked in the door. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to do whatever they could to ensure I had all my questions answered and I was comfortable with my choice. At no point did I feel they were thinking about their sale, but instead, always about my needs in a vehicle and that I would be nothing but happy with my selection. My color was not on their lot but they got it there the next day, which shows their exceptional customer service. This is my first Hyundai vehicle but definitely not my last from 401 Dixie Hyundai. More

I had got an extended Titan warranty for tires, rims etc. when I bought my car in Jan 2013. Within 9 months of buying a brand new Elantra I managed to get a flat. Service said the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. They made me pay for it out of pocket saying there was no warranty record on my file. I brought that to my sales guy's attention and various managers - who confirmed (after some followup) that I did indeed have the warranty, but nothing beyond that! Frustrated as I was, I just didn't have the patience or time to keep following up. Fast forward to July 2015 - after a recent service call, I got a call from Sharon to do a short satisfaction survey. I brought up the tire issue again with her (though didn't have any hopes of any positive resolution). She was extremely prompt, friendly and professional in making sure I got my refund. She called / emailed me several times over the last few days asking for all kinds of information and specific details and 2 days back confirmed that she had set all the records in my file straight and had processed a check for full refund :) !!! I hope the dealership resolves all conflicts / over-payments with the same outcome - but in a more timely fashion. I'd also like to mention Anna Mazzei for taking very good care of the service of my car. She got me a courtesy vehicle, kept me updated on the status of the service and made sure I was happy with the Detailing service before handing the car back to me. I thought this was an exemplary customer service experience and would like to thank Anna for very personalized attention. Thanks, Sumedh More

If I knew I was going to be treated as well as I was, I would have bought sooner. From the first call to the day I picked up my Genesis, Maria was amazing. Maria was knowledgeable, upfront, honest , courteous and listened to me which was a big plus and only presented me with what I was requesting.
