Service 08/26/2015 I was in on August 26, 2015 at 11:30am to get my 2015 Santa Fe serviced. It was due for it's 12000kms servicing. As always, I was greeted professionally by all staff members and received excellent service. Jody Clarke - Service Manager greeted me and handled my servicing very professionally and completely to above my expectations as always. Anna Mazzei - Service Advisor dealt with and handled my transaction professionally, courteously, completely and exceptionally well. She even went through the extent of explaining every point on my Service Maintenance Package that was completed and what each one meant. She is impressively knowledgeable about vehicles with an in depth level of expertise, and very thorough and went through the trouble and out of her way to explain everything to me. Excellent job Anna and thank you! This is a perfect example of customer service excellence in action and why I continue to deal with 401 Dixie Hyundai. I have dealt with this particular dealership for over 15 years for this main reason and plan on staying with this dealership for ever. I am always looking for being treated the way in which I treat people, and the way in which I(A customer) deserves and expects to be treated. I don't need to look anymore.
