When dealing on a used minivan on a late Saturday afternoon our salesperson told us that they will be closed for the rest of the long weekend and to wait until Tuesday to continue with the process of afternoon our salesperson told us that they will be closed for the rest of the long weekend and to wait until Tuesday to continue with the process of the vehicle sale. We were told that the van would be put behind the building for us for Tuesday (it wasn't, it was left at the front of the dealership entrance) and we were NOT told about any other potential dealings on the van nor were we given any indications about it. We then found out on Tuesday that another salesman sold the vehicle after hours Saturday evening when we were not given an option to put a deposit on said vehicle or to at least get the process started on it. When I spoke with manager Will over the phone to express our disastifaction with the experience and that we wanted to file a complaint/negative review on he said and I quote "go fill someone else's boots and stop wasting my time" while hanging up on me. He was extremely rude over the phone and didn't care one bit about our negative experience with them. Apparently all Grande Prairie Hyundai cares about are dollar signs and chooses who's is more important than others. If you are shopping there for a pleasent experience be very careful on who is involved or else it will be non-existent. More

This dealership makes buying a car nice and easy. Picked up a 2019 Elantra at one of the used car dealerships and i should have done my homework cause knowledge is power, Anyways got ripped off this used 20 up a 2019 Elantra at one of the used car dealerships and i should have done my homework cause knowledge is power, Anyways got ripped off this used 2019 Elantra was more expensive than a 2020 Elantra fully loaded sport package, Got into a car accident and they had to write it off ( the car )We went to the Hyundai dealership cause the Elantra is a good car so we wanted to get another 1, We started talking to one of the salesmen there Kyle, Highly recommend Kyle for a salesman, Other dealerships the sales person only see a check so they push to make a deal, Kyle said "Were going to take care of you", and they all did even the GM was helping out. When you write a car off theres all these phone calls you have to make, so your on the phone all day, I had no clue that the dealership was doing all the phone calls for me, and making sure the right bank was getting this money. G.P Hyundai dealership is now the only dealership ill be buying vehicles from, As well going to stick with Kyle, First car saleman that when he said he was going to do something he did it, He said he would take care of us and he did. Thanks again Kyle your awesome to deal with, And the whole Hyundai Team Thank you and ill be back in a few years if and when i want to trade the car in.. More
