When you sit back and listen to the conversations between staff & clientele, it’s obvious the customer is KING. No pressure, easy going atmosphere with staff who seriously go above and beyond to make sure I left with a beaming smile has me rating this interaction a 10/10. Not only did I get the badass ride I was hunting for at a killer deal, I was also introduced to the service manager who booked a tentative follow up appointment should something arise. I appreciate Brad taking the extra step to show me how to book services online. Thank you Brad, Will & Katie! More

I've been dealing with Grande Prairie Hyundai since 2013 & the main reason I keep going back to them is the outstanding people that work there. I went to look at the new Elantra's on Saturday. I was dealing with Kyle (who also sold me my Tucson) the vehicle we were going to test drive was grabbed by another customer so Kyle picked out a different one had my doubts the wife would like the color or new style. The moment she saw it in our parking lot her face lit up and a big Wow ! The moment she sat in it and Kyle went over all the new features she fell in love ! (with the car of course). So a big thank you to Kyle on his excellent choice and he got me on the "I told you so" (had to put that in buddy) lol. Kyle and I also discussed the price and payments prior to the test drive and with the help of Kyle, Brittany and Katisha we kept it right in the zone. Professional and honest people to deal with. Bought new vehicles and there were several incidents leading to a very poor experience. Shortly after making a deposit on the vehicles communication from the sales team at the dealership stopped, no fo leading to a very poor experience. Shortly after making a deposit on the vehicles communication from the sales team at the dealership stopped, no follow up delivery dates, confirming colors or additional accesories. Once vehicle was delivered had issues with the fobs, accecories not being installed, paper work problems and the cleanliness on the inside of one of the cars was less to be desired for a new vehicle. The worst part of this whole experience was having a member of the sales team speak about their poor experiences dealing with other dealerships with things like showing up on the lot only to find accecories not installed that should of been or the vehicle has already been sold and is no longer available. Was told this wouldn't happen but a vehicle was delievered missing some accecories. Many of the issues above have been or are in the process of being dealt with but it has been just too many excuses and apologies for me to recommend this place. More

The staff at Grande Prairie Hyundai are wonderful to deal with. Brad our salesman was great as he answered all of my questions and if he didn’t have the answer he found someone that did and would get back to with. Brittany the sales manager was awesome as she hunted down the model and color I was wanting and delivered it in a very timely manner. Kati the financial manager went through everything and made sure we understand the contract. The parts department Lori and her staff were awesome setting up future appointment and installing my mud flaps. The service department Taylor were great as well very easy to deal with. All in all it was a smooth process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful there would highly recommend. More
