I was valued as a person first, and a customer second. They heard my needs and strove to accommodate while treating me fairly with my trade-in. As I brought my vehicle in for servicing over the past few years I was greeted by the staff as though I was family. Of course this is where I would go when I wanted to trade-in again.. it felt like coming home. Will, Meagan, Kati, Lori and Kevin, they all got to know me by name, and they've taken such good care of me that I trust them completely! Already I've passed Kati's name along to family and friends and I always encourage people to bring their automotive needs to Grande Prairie Hyundai. More

For the most part, fairly satisfied -Enjoy dealing with the service and sales department, they're there too meet your needs and expectations. - trade in's could improve, I feel the deal -Enjoy dealing with the service and sales department, they're there too meet your needs and expectations. - trade in's could improve, I feel the dealership would rather make more of a profit off the consumer, than have a fair deal, so both parties are satisfied, which would result in a returning customer. My trade in's would of resulted in a better outcome in Edmonton compared to Grande Prairie, which would of helped out in lowering the loan, which I was trying to accomplish. But In all fairness, I gave the dealership in Grande Prairie, an opportunity to gain my trust and business, whether or not I return, only time will tell. More

Right away we got a very positive feeling in dealing with her and would certainly recommend her others. Once we had decided which vehicle we wanted Will Mears was able to fine tune the deal to the point where we decided to make the purchase. He seemed honest and also pleasant to deal with. In doing up the paperwork with Brittany was also a good experienced. She was professional and totally knew what she was doing and what needed to be done. Excellent customer service William of Management, gave us a good deal for buying two vehicles that day, a Veloster Rally Edition and a Sta Fe Sport Luxury.
