This is our 4th Hyundai SanteFe and we have always been pleased with the Sante Fe. Gas mileage is always excellent and the handling as well. A very, very comfortable vehicle to drive, even in Grande Prairie in the snow. We have always been very happy with staff that we have dealt with in Sales, this time with Kati and previously with Meagan. Brittany and Will are also very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Wonderful people make it a wonderful experience. Ever since my first attempted car buying GP Hyundai has had my back. I was about 18 and at first I went to an offsite sale put on by a different deale Ever since my first attempted car buying GP Hyundai has had my back. I was about 18 and at first I went to an offsite sale put on by a different dealership at the crystal centre; the sales people here were aggressive sales men brought up from Edmonton. It was my first time and I didn't understand a thing about car financing. I experienced rude, rushed sales tactics that made me uncomfortable and almost bullied me into buying a car I did not want. When I walked away to think about the deal they were practically saying I had no choice but to accept....I wandered into GP Hyundai. I only went in because a little red hatch back caught my eye. I told them about my experience at the crystal centre and they were as appalled as I was. The salesman sat down and went over the whole finance process with me explaining how things work without once trying to actually sell me anything. He was kind and friendly to talk to. We test drove the little red hatch back and I loved it. At every step of the application he asked me how I felt and gave me the option to change my mind or look at other options. I bought my first car! Ever since I have been going back there for all my auto needs. Salesman change over time but never the friendly attitude I am greeted with. One person I see every time I go is Will. He has been a delight to deal with over the last 4 vehicles I've bought. He remembers my name, asks how my mother and children are and he vocally expresses his appreciation for my loyalty. This dealership has always dealt with me honestly and kindly. No pressure and No BS. There are no marketing gimmicks, they truly go out of their way to make this a hassle free experience, even after I've driven off the lot! Thank you GP Hyundai! More
